Best pedals i have ever used!
Pros: Attractive, Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Rugged
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"These pedals have pimped my ride! I bought these along with my Giant Trance X3 and they are amazing, the clip in system is the simplest system on the market and for me that is what makes them so good! Whether you are tearing up the single track or just going to the shop for a pint of milk they serve the purpose. The platform cage allows you to stabilise your foot before you clip in and have the ride of your life! At such a competitive price it would be silly not to have a pair of these on your bike!"

They do the job
Pros: High Quality, Rugged, Versatile
Cons: Bulky
"I usually use SPDs, but these make my MTB more versatile & allow me to pedal if I can't quite clip in. They're a bit on the heavy side, but not bad considering they're two pedals in one.
Only gripes are that there are one or two rust spots on them, but not where it matters & that they never go truly flat - you can always feel the SPD in flats.

Very Good!
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged
Cons: Bulky
"Not a bad price for what it is. The SPD clips are on both sides which makes clipping in easier and the cage around it means that you can cycle with regular trainers fine as well. Quality is very good. The only minor down side is the weight but unless you're planning to race on them (which I am not) then it is negligible."

Great Pedal
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality
"Bought this as a crossover between clipless and flats and it's perfect. If I just get my foot on the pedal without clipping in it still gives me enough grip and support and I can get my foot off quickly if need be."

Quality
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile
"You won't be dissapointed with these! Larger surface area than the M520's. Alows non clipped pedalling for the tricky bits! Easy to adjust the retention pressure. Can be used with ordinary trainers for a trip to the shops etc."

Sound purchase
Pros: Durable, Adjustable, Versatile
"I wanted a pedal to withstand the duress of town riding, but also withstand a thrashing on single track. The pedals were actually for my wife's bike and up to now they have performed brilliantly. Bit of weight to them, but she's not going to break any records riding. So on the whole, solid, reliable and a good price."

Great pedals.
"I love these pedals, I've used them for years. They last well and are great to ride on, just watch out for the end cpas coming off. I've just lost the end cap again, second time in 2 sets of pedals. Just wish you could order the cap seperatly as the pedals are now useless and only a few months old with very little use. Sounds like a common problem."

Good all-rounder
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, Rugged
"Great all-round pedal as you can use both your SPD's and normal shoes, & still feel confident using both.
The only down side I have found is clipping in the SPD's is a bit hard, as the outer pedal can be restrictive trying to get your cleats to clip in.
I have the Shimano M123's MTB shoes & even with the spring undone as for as they will go, I still have to use alot of force to get them in. This may ease over time. Overall very happy.

Excellent pedals
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
"These are my first SPD's so no real comparison available. Saying that I love them. I find them easy to use and great for riding. The cage allows me to ride 2 miles to work each day in normal shoes without any problem.
Would recommend them."

Disappointing
Pros: Good Fit
Cons: Poor Quality, Bulky, Low Quality, Wears Out Easily
"These were my first attempt at a clipless pedal, so I went for an option that could be used with or without cleats, or so I thought. The SPD mechanism sticks beyond the cage making riding without cleats tiresome and painful in thin shoes. That wasn;t so bad as I usually wore cleats, or hiking boots with a fairly rigid thick sole in the snow.
That's not my big gripe though. After about 12 months of use the bolt that attached the cage to the SPD mech has come off. There's a plastic cover making it difficult to get to to the bolt, that has fallen off - with the bolt - whilst riding. This makes the cage loose, and it will get in the way when you're clipping in. Also they are quite heavy and bulky adding to the overall weight of the bike.
On the Plus side: Easy to Clip in and out of - clip mech works really well and you do have the option of jumping on in normal shoes
Downside: The quality is bad and they won;t last. I'd expect a much longer working life than 12-18 months."

Good Purcahse
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit
"Good pedal, although not specified in description, cleats are included.
Depending shoes, you may need to add a spacer to cleats to make them stand out a bit more from the tread of your shoe. On first go, cleats would not lock in (even after adjusting tension), but after adding spacer to cleat lock in and snap out fine."

As Expected
Pros: Versatile
"These Work Well Let you get the power on as your cleat finds its way to clip in. The outer support bit can break also the bearings wear down eventually. I'm on my 3rd set, happy that they last as well as one would expect."
