Park Tools TL1C Tyre Levers

Packaged in sets of three, the Park Tool Tire Levers are made of glass-injected nylon to ensure long life and damage-free operation. The unique design of the TL-1 actually lifts the tire away from the rim and keeps the tube from being pinched.

Park tools, enough said!
Pros: Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
"Park Tools make the best bike tools on the market. Therefore these tyre levers have to be the best on the market – right? Well, actually they are to be honest.
Too many levers on the market are not up to the job of levering off a tight fitting non folding tyre from a clincher. Too many will snap far too easily. The only ones that I know that will do the job time and time again are the Park Tolls type.
I have three sets, one set for each bike I can ride. They work on MTB tyres as well as road tyres, and I’ve never known one to snap.
I have absolute confidence in mine, and would recommend whole heartedly if you are in the market for some.
A fine product, at a sensible price. Thank you, Park Tools!"

Park Tools
Pros: Attractive, Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
"I purchased these tyre levers as I had just experienced rage when I tried to remove a tyre by the side of the road using some very bendy (like cooked pspagetti) other levers. I then looked around to see what else I could find and failing to find any spoons lying in the gutter used keys and hulk like strength to remove the tyre. On my return home I bought these and they work. They do not bend when trying to lever the first inch ofthe tyre off and the last inch on. They lock together so you dont lose them and they are light and non bulky. With Park you pay for quality but with these levers they are not overly expensive. A good purchase that actually does a simple job to satisfaction."

Simple Yet Perfect .
Pros: Durable, High Quality, Lightweight
"These things can sit in your pocket for months, but the first time you need them they'll be the best thing you ever bought. 3 levers made of really tough plastic with spoke hooks, all you'll ever need."

Disappointing
Pros: High Quality
Cons: Poor Fit
"Good quality but the ends are curved round too far to get under the tyre bead.they are almost useless.
Shame cos parktools are usually good.

How exciting did you expect a tyre lever to be?
Pros: Durable
"These are strong and quite easy to use. They are slightly longer than many "budget" levers - I've cut the end off one so that it fits into my Fizik (medium) saddle bag."

Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality
"I had a pair of rubbish levers and they broke when I change tyres, but the quality of these is much better, plastic but strong plastic."

Above average with a but
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Lightweight
Cons: Expensive
"Stronger & provide better leverage than my other levers I broke fitting Marathon Plus (one of the toughest tyres ever).
I managed to bent 1 of the Park Tool levers. It's usable but doesn't have the same shape as its buddies now.
They clip to each other well - riding doesn't separate them.
A little annoyance: the spoke hook doesn't clip well so prepare for your 1st lever to fall off when you're running the 2nd one around the tyre."

Mmmm
Cons: Low Quality, Poor Fit, not parks normal hq
"I purchased these expecting the best as it's park. But sadly the shape of the ends are a bit 'old school' for race bike rims. The shape is difficult to get under the tyre, and even when I got under they the plastic started to brake. My b'twin decathlon levers on the other hand are stubby, extremely hard, easy to get under the rim and durable. Park need to revise their design.
I'm disappointed as other other products are excellent."

Hmmmmmm
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Low Quality
"Ok so park stuff is usually good, they're light and they clip together nicely, but have to disagree with the consensus, they're pants.
The business end is too short and stumpy to get under any reasonably tight bead. The thick square shape of the end makes sliding them round the rim to unseat the bead much more difficult.
The plastic is creaky and brittle. After a few uses, they snap.
I've had two sets and they've all died.
Buy some bontrager or pedros ones instead.

Park Tools TL1C Tyre Levers
Pros: Durable
"3 levers so handy to spilt, 2 on my saddle bag and one for the garage. They are very stiff. I have broken or bent several of the more softer material ones getting wire beaded tyres on the rims but these seem to be made of tougher stuff.. although the draw back of being made so tough is that they are more likely to pinch your tube if you are using them to get your tyres back on again."

Strong and Lightweight
Pros: Durable, High Quality, Lightweight
"Park Tools make a great tyre lever. They have outlasted other plastic levers. They do the job and look as though they will be around for a couple of years. If they do break the cost for a new set is inexpensive."
