Pros: Great Value, High Quality, Adjustable, Versatile, Good Fit
"Reasonably priced light and it's possibly the greatest ever. I bought it after seeing it stand out on other cyclists. It advertised itself. Mount it on your rear stay on the side that traffic passes for best results. Gives confidence that you will be seen!"

The rolls royce of rear lights
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged, Versatile
"I have had this light for 6 years and it has never failed despite commuting in the most atrocious conditions in NZ and Aus. On the very wet soggy days I would occassionally take the batteries out (which is very simple to do) and air dry the internals but only on the very, very wet days which amounted to maybe 2-3 times a year.
Incredible power output and still believe it is the best on the market. Tried others but for the value this still beats them hands down. Can be mounted both horizontally and vertically on the clamp..easy to setup, remove from bracket and the AAA batteries last ages.
I am writing a review as I smashed mine in a stack, not unexpected giving the nature of the crash. No hesitation to get another of these. The mere fact that this model has been around for as long as it has is testament to the quality, build and functionality of the light."

A mighty fine light for the money
Pros: Adjustable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: only available in red ;-]
"I've had two of these, and they're exceptionally good value: bright, adjustable, and wobble-free. The only drawback is that there's little or no side illumination, but I have a second light that takes care of that."

Good Light
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Bulky
"This light is quite durable and easy to fit, it is not as bright as some other rear lights , but does the job with an addition of a 2nd rear light. Rain proof so far..
it doesnot turn off when you hit bumps etc like other cheap bikes!!

Not so great sorry
Cons: Low Quality, difficult to remove
"I have had issues with three cateye lights now - none of them wiggles fault, but all due to the general quality of these products. In this instance, the LED rear light simply stopped working after 12 months. It is very difficult to remove the light from the seat post (I find this issue with every Cateye product) and despite numerous battery changes and jiggling, the product only worked intermittently. The light would not turn on at all, then suddenly flicker to life, then stop completely again. It looks really well made and feels solid, but it just did not perform."

LED Rear Light
Cons: Unadjustable, Low Quality, Poor Fit
"Nice and bright but it catches my legs. I have my seat back quite some way, so if yu have a different riding position, it may work for you."

A Bright Buy!
Pros: Great Value, Adjustable, Lightweight, Versatile
"This is the brightest rear light I've ever owned. Any traffic coming from behind couldn't fail to see me!
Couldn't fit it to seat post because my tool bag is in the way, but it fits nicely on the bike frame just below the seat post. Not enough space to fit it vertically but the horizontal position is fine. Nice to have the option, though.
If ever I need to replace it, I would go for another the same.

Spot on
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Adjustable
"Can't recommend it enough. Previous cheaper lights had either failed or fallen off so I spent (only slightly) more on this one and it's great. Very bright and does the job better than anything previously. It also has the advantage that you can fit it at various angles so can be seat post mounted or otherwise."

Very good vis.
Pros: High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Bulky
"Superb quality, visibility is outstanding. Only thing to be weary of is if you ride with a short seatpost your legs will touch the sides of the light when straightened/freewheeling. For me its worth putting up with the bulkiness for the quality of light/visibility you get."

Just great
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
"I grew tired of fitting cheap lights that spontaneously fell apart after a few rides. I perceived that spending a little more money on rear illumination would result in a greater return, and that I would no longer have to suffer the overwhelming emptiness of a back light failing. I am pleased with this light, made by the men with cats eyes. It has not failed in its duty to provide sufficient lumens for by ample bottom as it wobbles on my saddle, nor has it fallen by the wayside like so many other back lights. I would heartily recommend this product to an acquaintance, and maybe even some of my lesser enemies."

Great for second bike
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Versatile
"I needed a strong rear light for my second bike and these were priced well. I already have a similar one on my road bike but this one is slightly bigger.
Very good for being visible in the dark and has many functions.
The only thing you can't do is to turn it off by pressing the button once. You have to go through all functions before it goes off. Not a big deal but the higher level ones do not require this.
Perfect for price and easy to mount!"

Brilliant !
Pros: Great Value, High Quality
"Really neat light, very bright and can be seen from way back. I bought it as a back up for hubby's bike as the one he had looked very dim the further back I got. This one is so good it can be seen just as bright at any angle.
Fit's very neatly on to the bike & only took a minute to fit.
Excellent quality and value.
I just need to get one for me now!

Great for commuting
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, Good Fit, bright
"Bought this of the strength of reviews when my other rear light started letting in water. This one is great for commuting (and with the belt clip fits neatly and securely onto rucksack or bike). It might be considered too big for a sleek road bike in spring but it will get you seen on a foggy morning."

Good budget buy
Pros: Great Value, Adjustable, Good Fit
Cons: Unattractive
"Good number of lighting patterns, solid enough for the price, only had it out 2 rides but not had any problems, easy to use and install, great for beginners"
