"These skewers are cool. When I first got these I wasn't overly impressed in the box however when I put these onto the bike - WOW!! They certainly add some flair to an otherwise forgotten part of the bike & also come in a variety of colours to suit.
They are very secure when adjusted and the levers operation is very smooth even after riding through poor weather.
Highly recommended & yet another great from HOPE."

Hope Skewers

"I needed skewers that would be reliable and look the part/match the Hope hubs & rims too. I use these on a singlespeed bike and I have no slipage/movement in the back wheel, keeping the chainline perfect every ride. they are far more "bomb-proof" tham my previous XT pair. The adonized red pair I have look sweet too. Buy them. You won't regret it."

"I bought these as an upgrade for 'standard' skewers that were on my Kysyrium Elite wheels - and they look great. The blue colour adds some 'bling' and the quality construction frpm Hope is fantastic. I've even had comments from the guys at my LBS on how they look."

"If I am being honest, I only really bought these to 'bling' my bike (although I must add that my old skewers were looking a lot worse for wear!).
The build quality appears to be very good. The length being a bit longer for my road bike, so will need to chop a small amount of the thread so that it doesn't poke out (although it doesn't look terrible even with the couple of mm sticking out).
Having added some red to other parts of my bike these have really added a change to it.. Great buy."

"These sturdy, good-looking skewers do the job while adding a bit of colour and personalisation to your bike.
I also find the clamping power is great as the skewer lever is just slightly longer than usual, so provides better leverage when securing your wheels.

"These impressed straight from the box! The bright red ones I bought added an interest to a normally dull part of the bike. They appear to be quite substantial and well made and feel positive in use with a definite “stop” when closed. Although not the lightest on the market, they are designed to do a job and they do that very well. A quality product!"

"I've had these skewers on my full susser for a while now and have been used in my daily commute and on the local trails. They've been put through all kinds of weather, (excepting snow and ice yet), and have been punished with baths in gritty mud. I have never encountered a single issue with these skewers and, as all good things, just go on doing their job un-noticed. As in all of the Hope kit I have and use they're of excellent engineered quality. Well priced and well worth it."
