Skyline better than Flatline!
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged, great affordable price.
"Purchased the Tacx Skyliner front wheel support recently, and I don't know why it took me so long! For years now I've been using my Tacx turbo trainer, finding that the forward-lean created by the rear wheel support was putting way too much pressure on my wrists.
The Skyliner was a doddle to attach (or is that 'place'?), as there was absolutely NO installation required. Just sit it on the floor, slot your front wheel into position, and go. The unit itself is extremely sturdy - far better than I'd hoped when I saw the price. It does the job perfectly. I have my mountain bike set up on the Tacx, with a slick tyre to the rear. I was a bit concerned initially that the front tyre (2.5") might not fit the Skyliner, but there's plenty of room to spare. It has a bevelled slot which will cater for super-skinny road tyres too. It's a well thought-out piece of kit, which works wonderfully.
All in, the best purchase to accompany any turbo trainer. This product comes very highly rated!"

does what it says on the tin!
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"pretty simple item. it gives my bike stability and enough of a ride height to match the turbo trainer taking strain of my shoulder and back. great purchase"

Do you really need it?
Pros: Durable, Versatile
"Probably not was my insinct, when you could use a block of wood, but in fact I'm glad I bought it. It's a really decent weight with rubber strips so won't slip about and it holds my 1.95" MTB front tyre no problem. It gets narrower too so will hold a road tyre very well too."

Tacx Skyliner Front Wheel Riser Support
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Rugged, High Quality, Good Fit
Cons: Unadjustable
"Brilliant, this has made a difference to the cycle trainer as it lifts the front end of the bike up a couple of inches so you are not leaning forward too much onto your hands"

Does what it says on the can!
Pros: Durable, High Quality
Cons: Expensive
"Does what it's supposed to do and does it well. The feet hold it in place on a carpeted floor and prevent the front wheel from moving around. It feels solid and durable. A bit expensive for what it is though."

Does the job
"Bought this to accompany my Tacx Sirius trainer, and it does its job rather well. My road tyre sits snugly in place, at a height that feels about level, although I can't say I've bothered getting the spirit-level out to check. The rubber feet prevent the unit from moving, as well as protecting the floor."

Is good
Pros: Good Fit
Cons: Expensive, should be included with trainer purchase
"Helpful riser block to hold you steady and save your wrists. This is an expensive option to purchase AFTER buying the trainer. It should be included with the trainer, not as an optional essential."

Good quality product
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Rugged, High Quality
"Didnt expect such a robust product, Really helps level the bike out when on the TTrainer, which reduced stress on the wrists and stops the front wheel moving around.
Product works really well and is good quality!"

Spot on
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable, Good Fit
"Use this with a road bike and 700 x 23 mm tyres. Fits perfectly and is very stable, so stops sideways tilting and forward slipping. Lifts the front of the bike to put it in a flat road position.
Can't really fault it!"

a front wheel lifter!
Pros: Good Fit
Cons: Expensive, Bulky
"Not much to say about this product - does what it says - ie lifts the front wheel up so the bike is more level, but that's about it - holds the wheel steady, so it does all you need from it, but would say it is a more "nice to have" than "must have" product."
