"There are two gear cables supplied in a pack, so you can replace front and back cables if you like, or keep one spare. Also included are plenty of bits like stoppers for the end of the cable and rubber tubing.
The cable seems to be of excellent quality, and is easily of sufficient length for any size bike frame.
No installation instructions are included, however."
