Food on the fly
Pros: High Quality, great flavour
"These are good carbs for when you're out on a long ride. You can eat these on the go, without risk of choking, because there are no dry nuts or coconut that might get inhaled. They're sweet, but not sickly sweet."

Great Energy Bars!!
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, super tasty
"Have tried plenty of bars over the years, and these are now my favorites.
I use them for cycling, and trail running. They don't melt in your jersey pocket while your smashing up a mountain, and they are sooooo tasty. Have to show restraint and only eat them when training or racing."

Easy to digest
"Nearly 50g of CHO (short and long chain) per bar. Tastes OK - a little dry, but easy to swallow without gulping water. Can open the bars with one hand whilst riding. Doesnt leave any residue in mouth. Doesnt give you a coughing fit every time you wat one."

Easy to eat
"This bar is easy to eat while working out. I have had three now while training on my bike. The bar is not too dry and the taste is good, natural."

Great for long days out
Pros: Great Value, Lightweight
"Although I use energy drinks for rides where a short stop is to be avloided, I much prefer these bars on long training days and audax events and then have both bottles filled with hydration drinks such as high5 zero."

High in Energy!
Pros: Great Value
"I personally can't swallow these very well seem to be a bit too thick for me, still decent and a good kick. I only have 1 per ride though."

Does the job
Pros: Good Fit
Cons: hard to open
"For the kJ's that the bar delivers, it's a nice slim bar and that makes it easy to carry a number of these.
Taste wise, I find that these are very bland and have a somewhat 'dry' taste, though they are easy to consume without washing down. The texture is smooth and the bar doesn't seem to soften much on a hot ride day (30+ Degrees, 4 + hour rides), so no sticky mess issues or issues sliding the bar out of the wrapper.
The issue with taste does not bother me as I'm eating them for the energy and it does mean that I'm not tempted to eat them as 'snacks' off the bike.
One thing common to most bars (including this one) is that they can be hard to open. It would be nice to see a manufacturer add some form of tear strip to allow the bar to be torn open with your teeth..."

Good Energy
Pros: Great Value, High Quality
"I use these on rides of 100klms plus and find they in combination with gels give me the right energy to maintain a constant speed. Find it useful to consume half at the 35klm and 70klm."

Easy to digest
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality
"At the top of the hill when you're sucking the O2 in and your mouth is dry, these bars are easy to consume. And on the go when chewing and breathing heavy, they are quick to swallow. Overall, easy to eat and the benefits of the energy are quite apparent for the following kilometres"

Simple and does what it's supposed do
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, Good Fit
"Not much to say - carbohydrates as you need them (lasting longer than only 15'), not taking too much space in your pocket"

Actually does make a difference
"i've tried loads of bars for endurance events and up until finding these had pretty much decided it was better (and cheaper) just to use cereal bars or flapjack.
However, these definitely do have that something extra which certainly keeps me going on loonng cycle rides.
Highly recommended"

Natural tasting low fat energy bar
Pros: taste
"Love this sports bar. I have only tried the Berry Flavour and even after nearly finishing a box of them, I am still not tired of the flavour. It tastes very natural and is not sticky at all. Easy to digest while on the go and great fuel before an tough afternoon run session. There is almost 200 calories per bar (27 g sugar), but only has 1 g fat."

Great taste
"Coconut flavour is particularly good. High level of carbs and easily digestable. Great for a long ride and much easier to take on in stages than a gel."

Great reliable product
Pros: Great Value
Cons: training bar only
"This sports bar is excellent for training rides and provides a tasty, nutritional snack. I would not use it for race day events due to the slow take up rate between eating and digestion."
