Pros: Adjustable, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
"Purchased these cleats from Wiggle and they came next day! This product works so well with the pedals it feels so natural using them. They have very good wear rate too, my last pair lasted 18 months and that includes plenty of walking, inevitable when riding events with my club. I would recommend these to anyone who wants to use cleats since they are easy to clip in and slip out of the pedals. Having tried alternatives I would only use these now."

Solid performer
Pros: Adjustable, Good Fit, Lightweight
"When searching for cleats I look for a product that will keep me locked in but with the ability to release quickly. These cleats give a little float but are firm enough to keep pressure off your knees."

They are whay your SPD SL Pedals Need
Pros: High Quality, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"These are the only ones that fit Shimano SPD-SL pedals so you don't have much choice really.
Can't help feeling though that they are expensive for what they are."

Good product - recommended
Pros: Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"Good product. It works. I only have to change them every 6-12 months, which is good for a piece of plastic on your feet.
I do think that they could be slightly cheaper (ie around the $AU10-15 mark), but that’s about it."

Variable Cleats - Great
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, Adjustable, Lightweight
"It was the first time I tried these, they have a little sideways movement. During long rides, this little movement allows you to change the position of your foot which it turn, gives a little relief and relaxation."

Simple, functional, and light
Pros: Lightweight
Cons: Wears Out Easily
"I use these cleats on a Specialized shoe with Dura-Ace pedals and am very pleased with their performance.
Their plastic construction does not stand up well to walking on pavements but their price is low enough that I view them as a consumable product.
Though one of my knees has a few bits missing, worn-out, and a substitute ligament I find the yellow cleats have never contributed to any pain in that knee."

Pros: Great Value, Rugged, High Quality
"Well, you either get Shimano or Look Keos (unless you are after something more exotic).
These last a fair bit longer than the Keo cleats (which means you should pop on the Ultegra pedals if you can - as you won't have to buy replacement cleats as often you can use the money saved to get the better specc'd pedals)."
