Expensive but knee saving
Pros: Comfortable, Adjustable, Good Fit, loads of float
Cons: Expensive, Wears Out Easily, clog up easily in mud
"I first bought Speedplay Frogs after bad knee problems from other makes of pedal. The cleats are the weak point in the pedal system and need replacing more frequently than most other makes. I find that a pair lasts me 6 - 8 months; riding twice a week on average.
They are expensive but I look upon it as "knee insurance" as the pain I had has completely disappeared.
Not the best cleat in muddy conditions, a bit fragile, expensive to replace and you are not always sure when you have clipped into them. However, the pluses outweigh the minuses and I keep buying them!!"

"These walkable cleats are light as claimed, easy to mount (even if it’s better to check for the compatibility of your own shoes), but a bit expensive. I hope their wear will be very slow in order to justify their cost."

"Bought these cleats as a spare pair for my shoes. Sinplicity is the key here. Easy to maintain. Dont forget to put a coating of copper lube on the threads before fitting to the shoes. Makes removal easy."

"I'm on about my third or fourth set of these cleats - I use them on both my hybrid and road bikes - for convenience of keeping the same shoe/pedal combination. I like the pedals but would say that the cleats are not that hard-wearing - bits keep dropping off and this is without walking on them as I have them on off-road shoes. They work for me but I would NOT say they're great value for money - expensive and don't last that long nor are they robust."
