New to clipless pedals!

Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Good Fit, Great Value
"After hearing all the benefits of cleated shoes and clipless pedals, I thought I'd give them a go on my Ridgeback hybrid commuting bike.
Removing the old plastic road pedals was simple enough with a spanner however the head was too big to fit around the bolt for these new ones. Luckily there's a hex key slot at the back of the pedal, so I used that to install and tighten them, which did the trick.
I bought a pair of Shimano M076 SPD shoes and once I'd configured the cleats where I wanted them and hopped up on the bike to learn how they worked, I went outside for a bit of road practice!
I'd left the pedals with the tightness they were set to out of the box, and this appears fine for me. Clipping into and out of them is straight forward and you just push your foot downwards until you hear the click, then twist your heel outwards to release. It does take a little bit of getting used to and I did fall over whilst practicing outside my house. Luckily as I fell I found it's kind of instinctive to twist your foot out so I saved myself before I hit the deck! I can imagine it being pretty painful though if you can't stop yourself...
After about 30 minutes riding around, stopping, clipping and unclipping I had the hang of it. There's some float in the pedal so you can move your foot slightly, but not enough to make you unclip accidently."

My first clip-ins
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Rugged
Cons: heavy
"These were my first set of clip-in peddles and I can't recommend them highly enough. The build quality is excellent and after a bit of practice, clipping in and out is almost effortless. They were heavier than I was expecting, but not ridicolously so.
There's a two small screws on each pedal which adjust how much force it takes to get your foot out (which you do by twisting your heel away from the bike by about 30°). Make sure you adjust both to the same setting when you change them though or you'll find it really easy/hard to get out when the pedal turns over! If it's your first time and use the lightest setting because believe me, you'll fall off a few times when you first get them ;-)
I've been through some muddy trails and even caked in some of Bristols claggiest soil they still seemed to work fine.
Overall, an impressive piece of kit for a reasonable price - definitely recommeded."

saving these for later
Pros: Rugged, Adjustable, Good Fit
"already got some on my CX and have proven so far to be bomb proof - how could I have doubted my SPDs when it was the left side crank bolt that was the problem!!"

Solid Pedal

Excellent starter pedal
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Adjustable, Versatile
"I bought these pedals on the other reviews I read. For the price and if its a pedal you want thats simple to use then this is the one. I went out for my first ride and they were excellent only had one mad moment but that was just the user. The good thing about these pedals is they are double sided so clipping and unclipping is so easy. Use them with DHB shoes. Perfect"

great value purchase
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, Adjustable, Good Fit
"my first set of clip in pedals, good price particularly for the quality of product. Easy to install and adjust.
Slightly heavier than other clip in pedals, but not really noticeable once they're on the bike (and definitely lighter than the flat metal ones I took off my bike!)."

Good value pedals
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Adjustable
"Great low cost upgrade to cleated pedals, perfect for commuter / winter bike where weight is not the top priority. Offers stable platform, secure retention and smooth easy release. Its the ubiquitous system, so cleated shoes will be good for pedal upgrades in the future."

Reliable, Cheap & Effective
Pros: Durable, Great Value
"Bought to complement my CX bike / commuting hack. Overall very pleased - only concern is the small amounts of corrosion appearing fairly quickly - regular oiling required."

spd pedals
Pros: Great Value, Rugged, Adjustable
Cons: not the lightest.
"I wanted a pair of clip on pedals to replace the rat traps that came with my new bike. These were a later version of spd that I already had so the fitted the bill. You just have to remember to set the torque up to the lowest setting at first then tighten to suit after a few outings."

必要充分
Pros: 耐久性, 良いバリュー, 魅力的, 快適さ, 高品質, 良いフィット感
Cons:
