Good for recovery

Pros: smells nice

Cons: hard to rub in

"This product smells nice- faintly of lavendar but not too overpowering.
I think the arnica really works- was sceptical but have used it after a Body Pump class, usually I ache for a couple of days but the next morning the aches are gone- I use it all the time.
Very pleased with it.
You only need a small amount as it takes a while to rub in- but I suppose the rubbing also helps the muscles."

"I've been using this after long rides for a while now and I think it has some effect in relaxing the muscles and avoiding any inflammation of tendons.

It could be just the act of massaging it in helps too but I'll keep using it.

Miracle cream!

"I can't recommend this highly enough - it's absolutely amazing stuff. We use it in the evenings on multi-day long rides, and occasionally also in the morning before heading off. It makes a noticeable difference to soreness, especially in the knee joints and calf/thigh muscles.

It may look a little expensive but it goes a long, long way because it's a concentrated slightly waxy kind of consistency, but it rubs in easily and isn't greasy."
