TA 94 PCD 5-Arm MTB Compact Outer Chainring

T.A have been making chainrings for 60 years. The teeth are cut in the traditional manner on a lathe which produces a much better and more accurate tooth form than stamping, which is used by most chainring manufacturers.

"I bought this as part of a whole bike upgrade and diet. I wanted the extra 2 teeth over the 42t on the original sugino mighty 900 chainset. The TA is clearly better quality and has 44t but due to the extra thickness of it weighs 25grams more than the one it replaces. It also cost as much as I paid for the entire chainset. Therefore I'm not sure it was such a good buy."
