Fresh Air
Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight, Good Fit
"These filters do a fantastic job of filtering out a lot of the pollutants I encounter on my 170 mile commute each week - after 4 weeks they've gone from white to black with the diesel and other nasties in the air that they've stopped from getting into my lungs (which is time to replace them). I've found a noticeable difference from one day to the next if I don't use the filters (and of course the sportsta mask). A must for anyone regularly cycling any distance on busy roads. The only downside is that you can't use these in the rain - they get waterlogged and you can't breathe."

"Easy to fit and seems to work well- filters out general pollution. I wasn't sure how often I needed to change the filter, but was informed that when it became visibly discoloured (which for me seems to be around 3 weeks of daily commute)."

"The day I started using it - I stopped coughing after my training rides. I suspected dust (trucks, industrial area) and this filter did exactly what I expected it to do."

Sportsta filter
"Wrong picture - the sportsta filter is plain white. I enjoy fast cycling - doing laps of Regents park at circa 25mph - this filter allows you to breath easy whilst under full load. As an asthmatic I wont ride without one.
Some filters are very restrictive - I have tried a number in the techno range and I think this one is by far the best if you ride hard breath hard.
Based on the colour of the outside of the filter it is very good at picking up pollutants - i certainly dont want that muck in my lungs.
Overall very good but would like to see a lower price as I get through one a month with daily commuting and recreational racing."
