I wanted to love this rotor.
Pros: Attractive
Cons: Bulky, Expensive, Low Quality, Poor Quality, Wears Out Easily
"Everyone knows the real reason people buy huge rotors is they look awesome.
So a huge rotor floating on an Aluminiun star, this had a lot going for it.
After a few months riding it would slow you down slower than a cheapo XT rotor. I asked hope, they said it had worn!!!!
So I use cheap XT rotors for years with no problems, then the hope one wears out it weeks."

"Even though HOPE has discontinued there Mono 6 Ti calipers, Wiggle still stocks plenty of the unique sized 205mm rotors. Not only did Wiggle have them in stock, but they had them at a price that was $20 LESS than most local bike shops here in the United States wanted to charge me. Couple that with Wiggle's free shipping offer and I had this hard to find rotor delivered to my doorstep within a weeks time. I highly recommend Wiggle and I'm very pleased with the Hope 205mm floating rotor."
