Strong, Light, Great Feel

"Wow, basically sums it right up.
Extremely powerful stopping power, yet with great modulation.
Not too heavy, much lighter than a lot of disk that don't perform half as good as these. Pretty much 'set it and forget it' pads, once set you can basically forget about it. Some says its a tough job to install/set the brakes, but I've found that to be a breeze.
I would highly recommend this brake, I hope this helped."

Excellent brakes
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Rugged
"Had these as a front brake for two years, and they really are the bees knees compared with cable operated brakes. They have needed zero maintenance apart from replacing brake pads. The only downside is that you really have to keep an eye on the brake pad wear."

Beast of a brake
Pros: Good Fit, High Quality, power!
"I was looking for something to beef up the brakes on our ageing tandem and the Magura has been just the job. The braking power is superb, with a smooth action and a quality feel.
The build quality is very good and the brake is a breeze to fit. Cutting the brake lines to length is much easier than cutting normal cables and you dont need special tools.
The brake comes with enough hose to reach the back brake on a single bike, but you'd need extra hose for the back brake of a tandem (we've got one of these at the front and a v-brake at the back).
If you want smooth, powerful braking but cant fit discs then this sturdy beast is well worth a look."

Excellent Stoppers

"The brakes were fairly straightforward to fit.
These brakes are definitely the best rim brakes I have used. They also seem to be really well made. I have only given them 4 stars for performance as I compared them to the Magura disc brakes on my other bike, which rate 5. They understandably come up short in the wet.
If you are stuck with rim brakes you should invest in these!"
