Unlike conventional fins that force the foot to push water in a flat plane, much like an old paddlewheel, the unique split blades slice through the water with two winged surfaces creating lift and forward propulsion much li...

GREAT TRAINING TOOL
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, High Quality
"GREAT FIN FOR LONG DISTANCE TRAINING. ENCOURAGES CORRECT KICKING TECHNIQUE. ONLY CRITIQUE WOULD BE SIZING. I HAVE A US SIZE 10 FOOT AND PURCHASE THE XL SIZE WHICH IS STILL QUITE TIGHT ON MY FOOT. COULD DEFINITELY HAVE GONE A LARGER SIZE. HOWEVER - GREAT FINS."

Perfect
Pros: Great Value, Lightweight
"Great value fin. I was worried that the fitting may be narrow for my 12 year old son who takes a size 1o UK, but they seem to fit perfectly and are easy to drive through the water."

Meets expectations
Pros: Great Value, Comfortable
"Great pair of flippers. Very comfortable for extended use. Firm enough to provide great resistance yet flexible enough for all the power you require. A must for anyone wanting to increase leg strength and for those who want help with stroke correction. A vital piece of equipment in a swimmers kit."

Great Fins
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"These fins are really comfortable and dont give you ankle ache after use. I have used them for training and snorkeling and work just as well for both."

best training fins i've used
Pros: Durable, Attractive, Rugged, Lightweight
Cons: fit could be better
"Definately seem to gain some advantage using split fins in training as i can feel its a lot easier on my ankles plus for fins they look cool.
I would say the fit could be slightly better, i ended up having to return my first pair (XL 10-11) for the size up as they were pretty tight and rubbed on my big toe.
The size up fitted a lot better but perhaps slightly loose now - nothing too bad though. i am actually size 11 shoesize so seems buying one size up isa good idea

Top Fins
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Versatile
Cons: needs to be changed when your feet grow
"These are our Swim Club 'fin of choice' (as recommended by a GB coach) they fit really well and dont have a strap to slip off: the downside to that is that they do need changing when your feet grow. They are top quality and we regularly have swimmers trading them on down to the juniour squads. Colours stay nice and bright and fit is good too ! The split helps relieve the stress on the calves and encourages full leg kick - rather than kicking from the knee (baaad!)"
