Good Quality Bar Tape

"This Bar Tape from Easton is great quality. The colour is rich, comfortable, durable and the bar ends are neat. The adhesive is actually sticky unlike other brands that I've trialled. I clean by bar tape with white spirits which has, in the past, destroyed bar tape from other brands but it did not bother the Easton tape at all."

Good Product, looks Smart

"Overall, very impressed with this product.
After trying several types of tape including pinerello, deda, Scott etc I took a punt on the Easton.
First impressions that it is very sculpted, I.e a much greater wedge profile than other tapes I've tried. As a result I thought I might get a lumpy grip however, Not put off I pursued with the taping.
My next observation was how sticky the adhesive was, and part of the way into the taping I'd realised that I'd not done it tight enough therefore I attempted to remove some and retry knowing full well that this may not stick aswell as I would like. Quite the opposite, it came away and was as adhesive the second time round. Perfect.
Overall, my initial concerns about the thicker profile were short lived, it makes it actually smoother as the thicker end matches the previous loops thiner profile perfectly giving a nice cushioned bar.
Only complaint is that there was a lack of brake lever clamp cover, that is until I found a little pocket at the back of the packaging - tip open everything first.
Best tape I've used to date and most importantly no stick bars after you sweat a little. Would defo buy again!"

"I bought a second lot of this bar tape, really like it and it is easy to put on. Good price so I just change the tape when I feel like a new look on my bike! It wears really well and is nice and soft/spongy on your hands to hold.
I've tried more expensive tape but keep coming back to this one - does the job as well as any other brands."

Fell apart quickly

"Not too sure if it was me or the product but it fell apart rather quickly. The last bar tape I bought was Specialized and lasted a long time and came with gel packs.
However these came off rather quickly and I found them a bit disappointing.
Excellent value for money - but if you want a lasting product it's worth spending a bit more cash."

"I like nicely padded thick handlebar tape and this did the trick. Goes on easily, plenty of it, looks good, feels good. Can't vouch for durability yet but I reckon it'll last a long time. Get some!"

"The black Easton tape was straightforward to fit (the grippy backing helps a lot) and I like the understated result - just a hint of the <E> poking out on each wrap.
It's comfortable without seeming overpadded and tough; doesn't mark easily and has survived a couple of crashes without damage."

It's A One Wrap Pony
"Put it on seemed fine enough. After two weeks I felt I could maybe do a slightly more elegant job so I unwound it only to find it had stretched, shrunk, split and folded over and glued itself together in a tenacious unstickable way.
The 14 month old Cinelli tape that preceded was in better shape for reapplication and possibly more comfortable."

It goes around your bars

"Heck, it's bar tape. You expose the sticky side then wrap it around your bars.
I put these on my handlebars about 15,000 km ago and painted them with shellac. They've held up quite well, and I have no plans to retape my bars anytime soon."

"I'm quite fussy about bar tape. This stuff from Easton ticks all the boxes. It's. Comfortable, stretchy, great quality and the price is amazing considering I've paid twice as much for tape that feels barely better than insulation tape.
This tape wraps well and looks good too. Very grippy in the dry although I cant vouch for its wet weather performance as it on my Sunday best bike.
