Excellent stand
Pros: Durable, High Quality
"Was looking for an inexpensive, sturdy stand for the family bikes and I found it in the Saris Mighty Mite. Takes a couple of minutes to assemble, and is sturdy and works perfectly with both MTB's and road bikes. it's hard to fault.
The only down side (for some) is that you need to rack either side of the stand (3 each side) rather than all on one side. If this isn't a problem for you then I recommend it highly."

Bike Saviour!
Pros: Rugged
"Great stand, has saved our bikes from scratches by keeping them upright and not falling over. Has also saved space in our overcrowded garage."

Mostly OK
Pros: Durable, Rugged, tall enough to provide good support
Cons: dimensions too tight
"The Saris Mighty Mite Stand comes flat packed but is fairly easy to construct. When built it holds a number of bikes upright without putting too much strain on any particular part such as the spokes.
It is designed to hold up to six bikes but this is quite a squeeze and, though possible, does require a lot of shuffling bikes around to find the combination that will fit.

Excellent solution to bike storage.
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Rugged, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
"I was looking for a way to keep my family's bikes tidy.
We have 6 bikes and when placed in a single garage, you would potentially have to move 5 bikes to get to the one leaned up against the wall.
The pedals would get stuck in the chains / cogs, the brake calipers would get caught around the other bikes handle bars and brake / gear cables and generally there would be a good deal of untangling, shouting and a domino effect as the first bike dropped would bring the others down!!!
With the Saris Mighty Mite Stand you simply place the front (or back) wheel in between a couple of bars and it stands up.
The box arrived and my 10 year old daughter insisted on constructing it (just 12 simple bolts, which you need a small spanner for) whilst my 5 year old daughter handed her the bolts, nuts and washers to order.
All I did was tighten the bolts and then place it in position in the middle of the garage, so as to be able to put 3 bikes on each side.
It's best to go front wheel, back wheel, front wheel on one side and back wheel, front wheel, back wheel on the other side to stop a clash of handle bars.
It's well made and just right for the job in hand, but you do need to allow a bit of space around it to get the bikes in and out (especially the ones nearest the back wall, but if used outside (say under a car port) that would work well.
Enjoy!"

"If you have a crowded garage then this helps. There are 6 of us in our family and 7 bikes. The stand helps us to park the bikes without crowding or making it hard to get them out again. Not ideal if you don't want to park the bikes on both sides of the stand."

Could do better
Pros: Rugged
Cons: Not Enough Features, Unattractive
"The designers at Saris weren't trying very hard with this model. It works but the attention to detail is poor - the bolts are too long and they don't supply a flat spanner, there are too few end pipe caps and the painted steel rests on the ground without any protection."

Good, not great
Pros: Attractive, Great Value, Lightweight
"The stand is a little too tight to comfortably sit six bikes, but represents the BEST value of any stands I could find. Aesthetically pleasing, it has tidied up our bike room immensely."

Great Value
Pros: Great Value
"I bought this for work so employees could park their bikes, great value for a sturdy rack that takes up to six bikes. I looked around and this appeared to be a good space saving product that came in very reasonably priced."

Good Bike Stand
Pros: Durable, Great Value
"Bought this bike stand to try and get some order into my shed at home. Easy to assemble, and does exactly what it is supposed to do, would recommend it for a good value solution to a pile of bikes in the shed."

What tyres for a Saris bike rack?
"The Saris Mighty Mite bike stand came flat packed in a box not much bigger than a wheel. All the parts were enclosed and any bike tool can put it together. No special hex key required. No helper needed for construction.
Its in our back garden and is against a wall so only takes half the six bikes it can take. Which is fine because we only need it for three.
It handles skinny wheels well but the knobbly tyres of a mountain bike need an extra push.
No sign of rust or weathering after six months.
