Good for 2nd bike - warnings though
Cons: Poor Fit, no magnet included
"If you need a set-up for a second bike, this works well, but two huge warnings: 1) Does NOT come with the magnet to mount on the spokes - which is a HUGE inconvenience if you don't already know that, why they are sold by the mfg separately is a good question and why Wiggle don't bundle them is a better one and 2) wire is not long enough to run to the rear tire, hugeely disappointing as I can't use for winter indoor training on the stationary stand."

Does it's job
Pros: High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"after I managed to break my previous cycle computer holder (falling off my bike!), I managed to find a replacement on wiggle quickly and easily. IT does it's job like it says on the tin. Slightly pricey though"

A good replacement.
Pros: Great Value, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable
"With a far superior fixing bracket than came with my original Velo 8. Easy to install and looks to be more robust with thicker wires and a more solid looking housing for the magnet sensor.
Totally worth it if you eigher want to use the cycle computer on a second bike or want to move it from an old bike to a new one."

kit NOT complete!
Pros: Durable, High Quality
Cons: Expensive, not a complete kit
"The kit does NOT include the wheel magnet - so you have to pay an outrageous 3-4 quid for that on top of the kit if you want to equip a second bike (as I did). Most cateye cycle computers allow two wheel sizes suggesting two different bikes - next time I'll just get a whole package (perhaps not cateye)"

Cateye Mounting kit
Pros: Durable, High Quality, Rugged
"The HD fitting kit is much better quality than the standard mounting kit. Includes a much thicker cable and a decent spiral attachments for neatly fixing the cable to the brake lines. Definitely recommended for MTBs"

"My cable broke so rather than replace the speedo I found this. Lucky I kept the magnet for the wheel as that's extra cost. This product does what it says on the tin."

It does what it says on the pack
Pros: Durable, Rugged
Cons: Expensive
"My Miti 8 came with a very flimsy cable despite being recommended for mountain bikes. After about 12 months it started showing 'random' numbers on the speedo before giving up completely. I risked buying this rather than a replacement computer and I'm glad I did. The sender is the same as the original but the cable is much thicker and looks like it can take a few knocks. It's just a shame that Cateye didn't include it in the original kit."

Definately did the job
Pros: Good Fit
"Already had a Cateye trip computer but needed an additional fitting kit for my new full-sus mountain bike.
I road bike and mountain bike and my trip computer has dual wheel settings. I needed a new mounting kit so I could swap the computer between bikes.
Working out well as I keep clocking up PBs every time I go out.
How long will it last though .... the PBs not the mounting kit.
