Shimano SPD-SL Shoe Plate insert
Pros: Versatile, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"Bought them to allow me to fit Look 3 hole cleats to my Shimano SPD-R shoes. In that respect they did "Exactley what it said on the Tin". Simple to fit with no prolems. A bit expensive for what is basically two pieces of pressed steel and a few tapped holes but cheaper than getting new shoes."

Happy to be back on SPD's
Pros: Durable, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive
"Was having problems getting to grips with my SPD-SL cleats after years of riding old school SPD's. Managed to find this adaptor cleat and am happily back running my old spd's. Easy to fit and easy to use."
