"Got these to replace an aftermarket set. These being branded fit perfectly, only take a second to put on and unlike the others dont keep falling off. They enable you to walk more safely and greatly extend the life of your cleats. Well worth the money."

Cleat savers
Pros: Great Value, Good Fit
"So far so good. I have a long (400m+) walk from bike store to work and the claeats have taken a battering. I bought these a couple of weeks ago to see if they make my cleats last. So far they are doing the job.
Left in my shoes means I can't forget to take them out with me and they are fine in my pockets whilst riding.
Real test will be in six months to see how the cleats are but so far, couldn't be happier, they do what they are intended for."

I don't get it?!
Cons: Bulky, Poor Fit, pointless
"Saw a whole lot of positive reviews and wanted to protect my new shoes / cleats, so bought these.
However, it was a bit of a struggle to fit them over my cleats and I have never been bothered to carry them with me on a cycle, as they are more fuss than they are worth.
Maybe if they were really easy on, easy off, I would use them, but the last thing I do when I get off my bike after a long spin is faff around trying to get these covers on."

"Look Keo cleats have a very fragile "wear indicator" that lasts about 30 seconds if you walk on it. These are just what is needed. They work well, seem genuinely non-slip (haven't tried them on polished marble flooring though!) and are easy to get on and off while standing on one leg. My only concern is whether they will get loose with constant use and how durable they are. They feel pretty tough but if they wear out in 12 months then that's going to add 50% to the price of new cleats each year. Glad I bougth them though."

"Well, these won't stop you waddling like a wally during the cafe stop, but they do add a bit of extra grip on slippery surfaces and more importantly protect your cleats from off-bike wear. Just remember to take 'em off again before trying to clip back in!!"

They don't fit Look Delta cleats!
Cons: Poor Fit
"Contrary to the advice posted by some previous buyers, these covers do NOT fit Look Delta cleats. My mistake, and the product is probably fine for the Keo cleats they are intended for, but I can't exactly give it a higher rating in the circumstances. Pity you don't seem to be able to buy covers for Delta cleats any more. :-("

stop the slipping

"The covers do wht you would expect, they protect the cleats when you are on chip seal etc and have a reasonable amount of grip on smooth polished surfaces, you do feel a bit like a balerina on stilts but hey we all show off a bit"

"Ok so if you have decided look pedals are the way forward you are committed to the high prices of cleats and the fact they wear out quickly. These covers have made mine last a lot longer, and I can stop at the shop on the way home! I previously replaced cleats when my shoe starting slipping out the pedal, and had maybe 3 or 4 sets a year, with covers have had one set for 6 months and still going strong."

"Bought these after damaging the tips of my Keo cleats while bimbling around train stations during my commute and the inevitable tea stop in Richmond Park.
The soft rubber cover protects the cleat and provides you with a bit off extra grip while on shiny floor surfaces (who hasn't gone flying across the train station in a dancing on ice style??) Easy to pop on and off - simple, straight forward, does what it says!"
