"This is a pretty simple and effective bit of get, it's basically a fancy occy strap. Two ends with durable plastic hooks and three bits of elastic in between means it is perfect for attaching larger bulky items on the top of your rack. It's very good quality and handy to have, especially if you are cycle touring and have a tent or dry bag on your rack. Just a pity that they charge so much for it, it should be a lot cheaper for what it is, really. I still like it though and am happy. Typical Tubus quality!"

"Great way to secure a load onto the Tubus range of rear racks. Fastens securely and with the 3 straps will hold a load firmly in place. I purchased 2 of these and they worked well on a 9 day tour with 300km of off road riding. 100km of that was ranging between mild to severe corrugations and the stretch belt held the load securely"

Really useful rack bungee

"I'm using this with a Zefal rack on my commuting bike. At present I don't have a rack top bag, so I have been using a zip up shoe bag from one of the sports retail chains for my tools, lock and waterproofs. Unlike the traditional bungee, the Tubus Carrier Stretch Bungee runs across the rack, not lengthways. The ends anchor to the anchorage points on my rack just above where it fixes to the wheels. There are three elastics which can be spread across you luggage and give a good secure grip. This product looks like it's going to last and does the job very well. Recommended."
