"They are inner tubes, and there are five of them. They seem to retain the air really well, especially when protected by a reputable tyre and supported the rigidity of a wheel. Have bought the road version fo my road bike!"

"Just inflate them a bit when not on the wheel and see how consistent the thickness is - no lumps or bulges. This is the sign of a quality inner tube. They also hold their pressure for a long time so must be a good valve too.
Never had a snakebite puncture with them, but have had nails and thorns puncture them (but that's pretty reasonable)."

Don't buy unless you like puntures
Cons: Low Quality, Wears Out Easily
"OK so a lot of the punctures I had were down to thorns but not all of them. From the pack of five the longest one stayed on my bike for a month, the worst was on and off again within 30 minutes. Also and bizarrely all of the dust caps sheared in half while out riding, not a major problem as I just put some old ones on but it just adds to my feeling that these are poorly made inner tubes."

"You know that guy who never seems to get any flat tyres. I'm he. I actually cheat a bit. Conti tubes and tyre goo. So all I concern myself with are correct pressures, and buying replacement tyres. Its a dull life, but ruined races and commuting delays are excitement I can do without."

"FIrst ride with these, less than 5 miles from house, flat tyre. Used in combination with Continental Gatorskins. Very dissapointing. The route was a little stoney, but still, they really didn't get very far.
I bought these based on a recommendation to get a slimmer tube in combination with the Gatorskins as some people said it was a squeeze to get the standard tubes in.
Although the tyre was hard before riding, i didn't check the specific pressure it was at, so there is a chance that I got a pinch flat from underinflation."

"Don't know why but been getting a lot of flats of late - something to do with riding through woods where trees have been havested perhaps!
Seem to work well - much prefer to self healing ones which never seemed to work for me & cost about twice as much."

Rubber dub dub
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality
Cons: shame they don't come in different colours(!)
"I love a good bit of rubber. And these tubes sure fit the bill. My wife said I was swearing too much around the kids trying to pump up my MTB tyres with short Schrader valves, so the 42mm Presta valves on these things have probably saved my marriage. And they've certainly meant my knuckles now have a lot more skin on them than they used to."
