Great within the context of it's use.
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality
"Described as a 'Waterproofer'. For an item to be 'Waterproof' it must have sealed seams. What the Fabsil does is rejuvenate the water repelling coating, causing water to 'bead' much like waxing you car. This will stop fabric from 'wetting out', but cant 'waterproof' fabric not designed to be waterproof. i.e with sealed seams. This is good stuff. I have used it to re-proof a Mini Cooper roof, my Hiking Shoes a North Face coat, Flat Woolen Cap,Lap Top Bag, Cycling Gloves, Over Shoes,Quilted Jacket,Trainers and other things. Like I say it does not make certain items 'Waterproof' but it stops 'Wetting out' and therefore provides a degree of protection in context. Easy to apply and goes a long way. Quality stuff."

Perfect for my fabric roof
"Use it to water proof my Boxster roof. 1 coat in one direction, leave to dry for a few hours and then second coat applied in the other direction."

Fabsil
"We have used the spray on version of Fabsil for years on our hiking boots and as this works out much cheaper we gave it a try on our working coats. It does seem to work as you can actually see the droplets of water running off your coat. As to how long it lasts, or how well it works after long exposure, I cannot say as the review had to be written within a short time period. We sprayed pur coats to minimise waste and I feel this is a cost effective way of prolonging the life of our gear - two dayglo yellow work coats would have been binned without this product."
