Good Buy
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged, Versatile
"This is my first turbo trainer. The build quality and ride are spot on and would seem like very good value. As an alternative to risking life and limb on the dark roads this would win everytime. An hour on this is like an 1 1/2 on the road for cardioand strength.
The only downside was that the instructions were worse than usless and brought the hulk out in me.
Once sorted however it's actually very easy.
The trainer is already asembled. You position the clamp over the rear wheel skewer and tighten. The problem is that most road bikes have a quick release skewer that can not be clamped over. The solution was to get a skewer with a rounded (nut like) end as per the link below.
http://www.wiggle.co.uk/p/cycle/7/Tacx_Quick_Release_Skewer/5360010556/
The roller can be adjusted to meet the rear wheel by atching the long bolt against the bar ( hard to describe but you will work it out) and extending to the correct level."

Elite Volare Mag Lite Turbo Trainer
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit, cheaper than buying a decent exercise bike!!!
Cons: bit noisy
"After researching this item on the internet before purchasing, I have been very pleased with this item. Others said they found it annoying to have to get off the bike to alter resistance. I have found if you alter the resistance to be harder before you get on then adjust your gears to compensate, you can change the resistance from on the bike by just changing gears!
I cycle for an hour everyday and find this an extremely useful peice of equipment which saves having another exercise maching taking up space, as it just folds away. I would thoroughly recommend this item.

Pedalling without moving
Pros: Great Value, Adjustable, Lightweight, Versatile
"Returning to cycling with a desire to lose weight & regain my former svelte self (it's been away for 20 years now but I'm sure there's a six pack in there somewhere), the trainer was purchased to use when I didn't feel like going anywhere, for when the weather worsens and the nights draw in. Although it's still early days (less than a week of use) it's running smoothly and is quick & easy to set up & use. Certainly good value for money & good quality. Hopefully it will prove as durable too."

Good Trainer
Pros: High Quality, Adjustable
"I purchased this in order to get some revolutions into my legs, to try to lose some weight, so I picked the cheapest item I could find. It was delivered pretty quickly, so thanks to Wiggle for that. Contrary to some of the other comments I've read on this, it was really easy to put together, just opened the arms out and screwed the resistance unit on. It was a bit tricky getting the bike on single handed, but it would be for other similar products. You can't adjust the resistance on the bike, but I just change gear and that increases the resistance while on the bike. It's pretty solid; I can make it rock, but that might be because I have it on the garage floor with nothing underneath it.
I fully recommend this to anyone looking to purchase this type of product and not spend loads."

Does what it says
Pros: Great Value, Rugged
"I wanted a cheap, simple bike trainer to build up my quads prior to my ACL reconstruction. This is easy to assemble, and seems robust. Just what I wanted, and delivered in only a couple of days. Many thanks!!"

You get what you pay for
Pros: Attractive, Great Value
Cons: Low Quality, Not Enough Features, needs more resistance
"Cheap as chips, and feels it. I've used an older trainer before and the old adage is true - they don't make them like they used to. This doesn't feel robust - though having said that it feels safe, just not sure of its longevity. I also question the resistance settings. On top level it isn't that resistant. If you really want to push yourself then it needs another couple of settings at least - it is good enough for an amateur just trying to get fitness back up."

Good solid turbo trainer
Pros: Durable
Cons: can't change resistance whilst on your bike
"I've only used a couple of other turbo trainers, but with my limited experience, I'm very happy with this purchase. It was easy to assemble, and it's not too heavy to carry around.
The resistance button is at the rear of the turbo trainer and so if you want to change the resistance during a workout (without changing gears) you have to get off your bike.
It is a bit noisy, but I can still hold a conversation on the phone whilst I'm on it so it's not that bad (I'm obviously not working hard enough!)

Good value
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Great Value
"Smooth running. Does not have quick release for removing bike that some other budget models have, meaning you must fine tune the fit when putting the bike back in. Simple to use and put together."

Good value
Pros: Durable, Rugged
"Good solid build for the money, although I would say it's a bit noisier than the manufacturer's description implies. The instructions are terrible: the setup is actually quite straightforward, but if you haven't seen one of these up close before, you might want to take a look at one or get some advice first."

Value for money
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Durable, Great Value, High Quality
"Fantastic bit of kit for when you are unable to get out doors. Even better at the price, for just over 80 quid you have no excuses for loss of fitness in the long winter nights."
