Superb Value Shoe.
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"I have been a loyal user of Northwave products due their practicality, affordability and style and the Lizzard's are no exception. Comfy, secure and very stiff. I don't think you can buy better for the price."

Pros: Comfortable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality
"I have used these shoes for over a year now and they perform excellent each ride. Not a single flaw so far, good fit, durable and the ventilation is outstanding. Not recommended for wet conditions or low temperatures. Love the camo, I will use these shoes until they fall apart witch is nowhere soon. For the price a very good product that lasts."

great shoes!
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"not only are these shoes good value, but they are really stylish and comfortable. I dont think you can buy a more attractive shoe for similar money.
The 3 strap fixing makes them feel secure without needing a ratchet system which can spoil the look of many shoes. Ive had Northwave's before so I knew what to expect and they didnt let me down.
Coupled with the normal excellent Wiggle service you cant go wrong - give your feet a treat!"

Great trail shoe, but not great for racing
Pros: Comfortable, Good Fit, Great Value
Cons: Bulky
"As a trail riding shoe these Nortwaves are good. They are spacious in the toe area and comfortable to wear, although the footbeds are very thin and not very well shaped.
They come up quite big, so no need to get a bigger size as with other shoes. Plenty of room for winter/waterproof socks.
As a XC racing shoe they are not that great. The sole and uppers are quite flexible, so you don't feel like all your energy is going into the pedals. They are also quite heavy compared to other velcro strap shoes.
Overall I'd recommend them for trail riding, but look elsewhere if you want a stiff XC racing shoe."

Top Shoe
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Good Fit, Great Value
"An excellent shoe. A good stiff sole for power. 3 straps means an excellent secure fit without the need for a fiddley clasp. Having competed 4 or 5 rides not a single sore or blister. Much closer to a normal size shoe and wider than other makes I tried on (Spec, Shim). Feet will get wet but are kept cool. For under £100 I didn't find a better shoe and they look the part."

Lightweight and comfortable cycling shoe
Pros: Adjustable, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"This must be the most comfortable lightweight cycling shoe I`ve ever used. The forefoot area gives plenty of room for foot expansion, so no more sore feet!
In a wet, muddy 24 hour race, they did not shrink or soak up the water, and the small plastic studs(removable) enabled me to grip on the unrideable sections.
My only criticism of the Lizzard is it`s lack of color options, where it doesn`t live up to its name!
Overall, a great shoe that combines racing weight with comfort and durability.

"comfortable and good quality shoe at a very competitive price. it is a lightweight summer shoe as the uppers allow a good flow of air to the feet, but could be coupled with a waterproof sock for rain/winter wear"

Excellent Pedal
Pros: Good Fit, Great Value
"I bought these to replace my Look Keo pedals, as i wanted a pair of shoes i could easily walk around in. They are brilliant anf so much easier to clip in to, as they are double sided. However, they do take a bit of getting used to clip out of if you are used to road pedals, and i fell off during London to Brighton bike ride when someone suddenly stopped in front of me and i couldn't unclip in time. I'm fully used to them now after a few weeks and it's not a problem and i would recommend these to anyone."

Quality Ahoes
Pros: Comfortable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality
"I was pleasantly impressed with these shoes. For a reasonable price your get a quality made, leather upper, nice fitting shoe. To be honest I think you would be hard pushed to find a better shoe for the price. Sure the sole is not quite as stiff as some carbon models, but your paying perhaps a third of the price. The closure is secure enough for all but serious racing and they look pretty good.
Overall I think they would be hard to beat.

"the shoe feels strong and is pretty good quality, ventilation is excellent though definately not a winter shoe. i ordered a size 8 and they feel a little to snug so it could be worth thinking about ordering the next size up to your normal shoe size overall i'm happy with the shoe and would definately recommend them."

Great Value
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Rugged
"these are my first cycling shoes, so, i was looking for a great value for money. After reading various reviews on several brands and models, and after i tried some Mavic and Shimano shoes, i´ve decided on this based on some reviews i´ve found on the internet.
This are very well finished, with some rugged construction and a very atractive styling, i bought the camo ones just to be a little diferent from all the other shoes...
Very confortable, even after 2h of intense use, their mesh uppers leave the feet fresh.
It´s sizing is the same of regular shoes, so, my feet are a 43, and i´ve ordered a 43, the fit is perfect
i recomend them!"

So good I've ordered another pair
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Good Fit, High Quality, Lightweight, Versatile
"Not only are thease the best looking and most comfortable shoes I've ever bought, they seem to provide more power to the pedal than any other I've had. I would and have recommended these to anyone who rides Sportifs and uses SPDs - they do not compromise on riding performance but still provide a very walkable shoe, should the need arise. So good I've ordered a 2nd pair."

Great quality
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Rugged
"After a previous pair of North Wave shoe's lasted over 10 years I was definitely going to buy another pair, these were the closest match. Good shoes not too garish and feel sturdy. Easy set up with SPD's but the only slight downside is they don't have the extra back up of laces under the velcro, best thing I've found is just make the top velcro strap as tight as possible."

Good price, good performance
Pros: Great Value

"These shoes don't feel anything like as good quality as the similar priced Specialized's which they replaced. Having said that I can't find anything particularly wrong with them and in use I don't notice them which is just what you want."

Poodles Plums
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Great Value, High Quality
"I wasn't sure about moving to a more rigid shoe from the Nike's I was riding with previously. But having been out with a friend who bought these, I ordered a pair. These are very comfortable, and I feel I have more confidence on the bike with them on. There is plenty ventilation, but found that a pair of overshoes would be useful on winter days. I would definetly recomend these to my friends for price quality and comfort."
