Very good commuting light.
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Rugged
Cons: Expensive, Limited Color Choices
"I wanted a new light to get me through winter and this NiteRider ticked all the boxes. It has a quic release main body so You can take it with You when You leave the bike outside (probably one off the more important features for me). Quality of all plastics is very good and the light has some small but very nice features like a clear bits on the side so side visibility is not an issue and a small "peak" on the top so the light doesn't flash in Your eyes. It's not the smalles one but it runs on AA batteries and using rechargeable ones is possible as well. Cahnging batteries does not require taking the light off and is a very simple operation, just remember to put the seal back in place. This 5 diod one is probably the best of the bunch as You can get 2 other models, one with 3 diods and other with a 1watt diod. It's plenty bright and packs a real punch when in flashing mode so there is no way someone will say they didn`t see You. So it's more powerful than 3 led model but has a better runtime than the 1 watt model. Quoted runtimes are about right and when running on rechageables it will last for ages. Magnetic switch is nicely made and switching the light on or changing modes can be done wearing thick winter gloves. The light has some seals and it lasted Scottish winter and pouring rain without any problems. There are two mounts included to use it on a standard or oversized bars. Easy to install and tool free. All in all it's a very nice and very bright light.Perfect for commuting and will make You seen in traffic. Not suitable for night rides off or on road but will be ok on unlit road sections in town. I would recommend it as it's a very good quality product that will outlive any cheapo lights and constantly performs being almost fit and forget."

Decent Front Light
Pros: Attractive, High Quality, Rugged, Lightweight, Good Fit
"Does the job well. It's small light and appears to be well made and waterproof having been dropped and out in the pouring rain.
The switch is simple to use with gloves and it locks so difficult to accidentally switch on. Takes AA's which is useful and, importantly, it's bright. Really bright.
One reason I bought this one was that it emits light to the sides but this is laregly obscured by hands & arms when on the hoods in any case so isn't a deciding factor but I would buy another one.
Clamp's as good as most I've tried. Easy to fit & adjust and hasn't moved yet even on Surrey's back roads (cart tracks)."

Excellent lights
Pros: Attractive, High Quality, Good Fit
"I bought two of these lights which I have mounted on my handlebars. The lights are very bright, which is great for urban cycling to help be seen. I have one light on constant and the other flashing. Fitting was easy and the mounts are sturdy. Highly recommended."

Good front light for the city
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Good Fit
"This light has done me well. It has excellent 360 view so everyone will see you coming and when on continuous gives a reasonable beam, though I wouldn't want to rely on it solely if I wasn't in a streetlit area. Easy to fit, easy to replace the batteries, easy to adjust the angle and slip on and off. If I could ask for one thing it's that there were at least two different speeds of flash, the flash is pretty quick and a slower setting as well would be good."

Very good light
"This is a very good light.
I use it for a commute on well-lit streets and paths, so don't need something blazingly bright. But it illuminates the few dark spots I encounter very thoroughly, has a hassle-free install and is kind to batteries. Good value.

When will I learn????
Cons: Low Quality, Poor Fit, not enough light emitted
"When will I learn that you get what you pay for??
This light is a disappointment. The bar attachment mechasim is clumsy. The off on swith is flimsy and the light - even with brand new batteries is at best average.
OK, it was cheap, but really it's not good enough. If it doesn't perform, then cheap does not equal good value.
Time I bit the bullet and bought a decent light - and this ain't it.

Great Value Light
Pros: Great Value, High Quality
"This is a great light - really bright, seems solidly made (It fell off my bike once because I didn't clip it on properly - my fault - and it fell onto the tarmac but didn't come apart or break)
Great value."

Bright as bright is bright
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit
Cons: Not Enough Features
"Great little light!
Very easy to use even with gloves on.
Neat little locking button helps prevent accidental activation.
Provides enough light for a daily commute or mid speed trail riding.
Adjustable lighting levels would have made this product perfect."

Cons: Unadjustable, Poor Fit
"Bought this as a back up light and it seemed bright enough for this. However, with the fitting screw at the front of the mounting bracket I couldn't fit it to my bars without interference with cables or secondary brake levers. Bungee mount or screw at rear would have avoided this problem altogether."

Pros: Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"My daily commute is a combination of busy city streets and unlit country lanes so I wanted a light that motorists will notice and is sufficiently powerful out in the sticks. I also wanted a light that is easily detachable so that I can leave my bike naked with noithing tempting to would be thieves! I've been very impressed with the Niterider Ultrafazer 5.0 front light. Easy enough for even a sausage fingered bloke like myself to fit.The on/off switch is easily operable even with thick gloves in these wintry conditions. I've been impressed all round. I've only had it a few weeks so I can't comment on how long the batteries last."

OK but
"The light seems to be sensitive to the cold and when the weather is around freezing seems to stop working. When it works it is a good light to ensure that you are seenit is not great for seeing by but I do not use it for that purpose. If the cold sensitivity could be overcome it would be a better product."

Better for urban cycler
Pros: Lightweight, Good Fit
"Looking at reviews on wiggle I thought this would be fine for unlit country road commuting. It isn't really bright enough for this, would recommend for urban cycler."
