Pros: Attractive, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Versatile

"This is one of the most amazing lights I've seen/owned. The battery life is sufficient on the highest settings. The lack of fixed fixings on the bike makes it attractive if you ride more than one. Easy on and off. Small light weight battery pack. The light isn't so bright that it blinds on coming riders, so in that regards its a benefit too. It may be small but it packs an almighty punch."

Pros: Attractive, Lightweight, Rugged

"I commute along some beautiful riverside roads.. but with poor lighting... and the NiteRider NiNewt X2 has given me more light than any other lighting system I have had.

Cars give way to me now, where for other lights they have just treated me with contempt. Pedestrians have commented on the power of the lights and other cyclists have immediately commented that they will go and purchase the same light.

It fits easily onto my oversized handlebar, and the indicator warns you of low power (time to switch to flashing or lower power for the remainder of the ride).

It is not intended as a off road light unless you use it as a second light attached to your helmet, which it is light enough to do.

I love this light !!!

Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged, provides extra safety

"I have had several cheap lights before and they never ever last more than 2 sets of batteries. They also give out a light beam that is not much stronger than a glow worm. Whilst the cost for the nite rider seems a lot, it is nothing compared to the extra safety it gives you on the road. Originally designed by deep sea divers, these lights are built to withstand any weather conditions. The best part is the light it gives out is like a flood light."

Date: June 18, 2009 Fantastic little light that delivers
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged

"Despite having to send my first one back as the enamel finish wasn't the best, I can highly reccommend this light. I've had one for over 2 years now and it's been through everything I could throw at it. It's been used for winter commuting and full off roading. Really bright focussed light. I don't actually use the high output, as I find the lower setting enough. The flashing mode is a bit too intensive for my liking. Handy little colour changing bulb dictates when the charge is getting low but still lasts a good time(30 mins+) so you can get home safely."

Date: June 15, 2009 Expensive but well worth it
Pros: High Quality

"The lamp throws an even cone of light with no artefacts from sharp reflector surfaces. I bought one after borrowing a friends and being amazed by now much more I could see when riding down unlit lanes in the middle of the night. The mount which uses a rubber band around the handlebar means the angle of the beam can be adjusted on the go to match the terrain/speed at which you're travelling. The battery warning indicator gives you a good 30 to 40 mins to dash home when it comes on. I wouldn't have thought it worth the price until I tried one but am now fully converted."
