phenomenal!
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
Cons: Expensive
"A night launch of the space shuttle is no match for this beast of a light! I'd been thinking about purchasing a decent front light for some time as my commute home involves some unlit roads. Having umm-ed and ah-ed at the price of this unit I decided to go for it - and I'm not disappointed. The unit is compact, very well made and pretty low weight. Light output is phenomenal - this is easily the brightest front light I've owned. Battery life is amazing too - I ran the unit for 2-3 hours a week mainly on the strobe setting during September and October and only needed to recharge at the start of November! Even on strobe the light output is awesome. You create flashing road signs well over 100m away! On high beam output you're going to light up the whole neighbourhood. Any driver who doesn't see this should be banned from the road. Yes it's a lot of dosh, but you don't need to buy batteries ever again, light output is simply amazing, and you get an extremely well made product that oozes quality. Oh, and it's made in the UK. How rare is that?"

Wow!!!
Pros: Durable, Good Fit, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged, Versatile
Cons: Expensive
"After a few winter seasons using cheaper lights and struggling to see where I was going I hoped that spending this much money on a light would guarantee me visability on even the darkest roads and trails. I wasn't disapointed! I know it's been said in other reviews but you truly do own the night when you flick one of these onto full beam. On full beam it lights even the most tree lined and dark roads and trails to such an extent that you will be wondering how you ever survived with lesser lights. I actually found that for road use the fully dipped beam was more than sufficient and the middle/high settings could really be reserved for the very darkest and dangerous area's of the ride. It really is that good.
The beam pattern varies with each setting with the lowest being broad and perfect for road use. The highest setting has the broad light pattern but also a real spot light which beams down the road or trail further than you will ever need.
The build quality is excellent and mounting to the bracket is easy and very secure. Chrage/run times are as stated in the product description so no complaints there especially as you will very rarely need the power hungry full beam.
If you are going to use this light on the roads I would say you need the remote switch as you will blind car drivers with the full beam.
Overall I cannot recommend this light enough. It will make any winter ride a safe and enjoyable occasion.

THE BEST LIGHT EVER!
Pros: Attractive, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged, Versatile
"Im getting pretty impressed with myself these days. I seem to be developing a habit of purchasing awesomely good kit.
Before i bought this light i made do with a "standard" light for years. I rode through all weather conditions at night and frequently couldnt see the road in what i would call a safe manner.
When i bought this light that all changed. Cars now "slow" down when they see me coming towards them and believe me they see you coming! Stevie WONDER could see you coming down the road if you are using this light! Seriously. Unbelievable illuminating power on the brightest setting. 3 hours worth. Then if you need to ride longer just click down a setting to the next brightest and get 10 hours worth of "almost as bright" lighting. It floods the road ahead with light. Its compact. Its neat. Its the best light out there. No mistake. I am now doing a lot of training rides at night and enjoying my cycling more now than ever. Yes its expensive. Just save up. Its worth it.
If you want the best light out there then this is it. And im not getting carried away typing this either. It doesnt get any better.

Good light
Pros: Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Expensive, battery leaks voltage and goes flat after two week
"This is a great light in use.
easy to charge
Easy to fit,
Great performance, the light so bright.
The only problem i have is that the light leaks voltage. If i leave the light fully charged and it's not used for approx two weeks, the batteries are virtually flat. You have to remember to charge it before it can be used.
I expect all rechargeable batteries to loose capacity when stored but not in two weeks!! The capacity problem is only happens when left stored, if you charge it and use it strait away, you get the full advertised burn time.
To be fair, i contacted exposure who agreed it shouldn't deplete that quick and they serviced the light and replace the batteries with no hesitation. Their customer service is excellent!!! unfortunately replacing the battery hasn't solved the problem.
No one else has commented on this problem, so maybe i'm just unlucky.
Would i buy another exposure light?
I already have, despite the battery drain the functionality of this light is fantastic. I bought the rear light to run off the back of the Maxx2 port. Works great !!!

Maxx Illumination
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, High Quality
Cons: Expensive
"As I already use the super ExposureLite as a helmet light - I bought this with high expectations. No worries - another winner.
PROS
It's nicely engineered and fits snugly and simply to the bars. The low power setting is fine for most night rides - and I use the higher powers for scarier bits of singletrack and steeper descents. Charging is easy and quite quick and adjusting the settings as you ride is fairly simple.
CONS
The only downside is that it costs a pretty penny. I guess you get what you pay for. Its too early for me to comment on the longevity of the Enduro Maxx, but the smaller Exposure light I bought about a couple of years ago is fine.

Good Light
Pros: Adjustable, High Quality, Versatile
Cons: Expensive
"A good choice of the LED range I chose this for the no cable design. The mount is very good and makes placement and removal very easy a great high beam light is good for mountain bikes and the lower settings allow for the long rides on the road."

Buy this light!!
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Good Fit, High Quality, Lightweight, Versatile
"This is my first year commuting to work in winter. I have been riding in all weathers and been using a Cateye EL520. This light is fine in fully lit streets but much of my 9.5 mile ride is on unlit roads/tracks. There have been a couple of hairy moments and i was finding that in rain visability even on high beam with the cateye was poor and my speed suffered.
After much deliberation and reading of reviews i purchased the Exposure Enduro Maxx 2 light. For everyne out there that is screwing their faces up at the cost i was the first to agree....HOWEVER.....
THIS LIGHT IS AWSOME!!
On my first ride back on a cloudy night on an unlit farm track im using this on low beam and finding it more than adequate!! This light truely does feel like your driving a car and on medium beam you can see miles and the light spread is amazing!
Basically, if you can afford this get it. Dont do what i did and mess around spending £50-60 on a light (and even more on 4xAA's every 10 hours!) and get this. With a 2 year guarentee its well worth it and i am not regrettig it; and rechargable too!"

Extremely illuminating
Pros: Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
Cons: Expensive
"Although expensive, I have no regrets about this purchase at all. Flashing mode (for urban, street-lit use) causes street signs to flash more than 100 yards away, cutting through the lights of other vehicles. Full power projects far enough to maintain a good pace on unlit roads. Although the pictures make it look flimsy, the handlebar fixing is extremely robust and neatly well designed."

Fantastic light
"This is the first premium light I have bought and I could not be happier with it. The all-in-one design is clutter free and makes life simple for removing or changing between bikes.
The beam is incredibly bright and gives a superb, large pool of light. All of the power settings are usable. The pulse/flash setting is amazingly visible and can be seen reflecting off road signs way in the distance.
Battery life is very good. The light indicator / switch is a nice visual indicator of how much juice you have left.
Highly recommended piece of kit."

Convert to night riding
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Durable, High Quality, Rugged
Cons: Expensive
"I cannot rate this light highly enough !!! Spent ages looking at all manner of lights and reviews and finally took the plunge and ordered this exposure light.
Yes, it is fairly expensive but that is out weighed by what you get in return. You get a very rugged looking light unit that has 3 light settings plus a flashing option. It's very compact with the rechargeable battery inside the unit - so no external battery pack to hang on the bike - although you can get an extra optional battery pack to extend the ride time if need be.
On the brightest setting you will get planes following you behind - it's that bright - it lights up the trail really well - so well that I now have to go in front on all our night rides !!!! The on/off switch is a cool feature in that it lights up in different colours so that you can judge the life left in the battery. To charge it up you simply plug in the charger and when the red light turns green on the plug you know it's 80% charged - that simple.
Overall, a searchlight of a bike light, fairly expensive but worth every penny."

Pros: Attractive, Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged, Versatile
Cons: Expensive
"Excellent quality product, great beam with 3 settings, lightweight, compact, quick release bracket. The only fault was that it did not come with enough rubber for the clip to the handlebars, had to find extra to make it fit. Also very pricey, can't believe it has to be that expensive."

Top notch light
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged

Pros: High Quality, Rugged
Cons: Expensive
"Now that winter is arriving I thought it would be a good idea to get a more pwerful light for my commute to and from work. This is a 50/50 mix of lit town roads and unlit country lanes. The Enduro Maxx 2 fits the bill perfectly. The lowest setting is ideal for the lit roads and the full power setting is excellent on the lanes. It isn't too heavy, doesnt have any trailing cables and the 3 hr burn time on max setting is more than adequate."

Lights the night
Pros: Attractive, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight
"This light still never fails to amaze me almost one year on from when I got it. It allows you to go fast through the night; it is reliable, long lasting and basically awesome. Cars stop for you, animals scarper when they see you coming. The only light that might come close is the Maxx D, as it has a fourth lens..."

Fantastic light
Pros: Attractive, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged, Versatile
Cons: Expensive, Limited Color Choices
"A top end light that shines above the rest. Very powerfull beam on top setting, you will allways be seen. I prefer the middle setting for normal roads, but the top setting is good if you go offroad. Good charge times. A good quality light hence the price. I would recommend the red eye light to attach to the expansion port too."

Superb light
Pros: Attractive, Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
Cons: Expensive
"Top quality light that out shines the competition. Bought this light for night mountain biking at our local MTB centre. Like the Joystick this light packs a big punch without the need for cables every where.
Not only does the light have power it also has longevity, squeezing 3 hours on max power, 10 hours on intermediate and 24 hours on low.
Looks great and would take a right battering judging by its tough exterior. Overall I would highly recommend this for anyone seriously into night mountain biking."

Amazing light!
Pros: Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
"I was torn between the race light and the enduro, mainly due to the fact that the race light has a great discount on wiggle.
But looking into the specs, this light is still better value for money. Its light output is phenomenal. i have only tested it commuting and around my neighbourhood, but it illuminates everything in your path.
The unit is very robust feeling, but not too heavy/large considering the integrated battery.
Good selection of modes too, and an easy to use control button to shift through the modes. I would recommend the red eye light to attach to the expansion port too!"
