NB Spuds, Brilliant
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Rugged, Lightweight, Good Fit
"I bought these shoes as a cheaper alternative to Specialized versions and these have turned out to be far better quality than the usual suspects.
They're very well made and fit great, they even look better than some of the more common big name brands where you end up paying more just for something that looks a little slicker..Buy them, youo won't be disappointed.

Great purchase
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Great Value, Rugged
"I brought these shoes a while back as my first pair of SPD's. I found the shoes were strong and well ventilated which will be a strong point in the coming summer months. As I am a student I was looking predominately at cost, I didn't expect shoes of this standard for the price that I paid.
Overall these shoes are great value for money and I would recommend them to anyone looking for cheap but strong shoes.

Excellent value
Pros: Great Value
"These shoes were excellent value and far cheaper than any other options I could find.
I bought these shoes because I was preparing for the Three Peaks Challenge ride and knew that I'd be walking some sections and needed a shoe I could walk in. The tread on the shoe is far better than my road shoes and the metal shimano cleat (not included) is well covered so it doesn't grind when walking on flat, clean roads. In terms of the actual performance on the bike, the shoes are very good. The platform is very stiff so you wouldn't want to wear them as a day shoe but they are snug fitting and comfortable enough on the bike. They are not yet as comfortable as my 5 year old road shoes but they are much firmer fitting.
They are not as well ventilated as my other shoes but I consider this a good thing as they don't fill with water as quickly either. I have ridden in them on very hot days and wasn't suffering from sweaty feet. The quality of the three straps doesn't look great and although they are undamaged at this early stage (600km of use), I suspect these will degrade quickly and probably tear where they bend back at the loop. Other than that, the quality of the shoe is excellent.
They come with additional screw-in sprigs for the toe area which I imagine would be good for walking up dirt hills. The sprigs screw in holes are plugged with a screw placeholder to keep them clean when you choose not to use the sprigs - I did lose one of these in the first few weeks so you might want to tighten them before use."

"Fabulous shoes for the price, I am fairly new to cycling and have never used cycling shoes before. I was recommended these by my Dad in law who has decades of experience and could'nt be happier. comfy, look good and work really well with my shimano pedals. I use them on the road only (they let me walk when i'm off the bike) but I' sure they would perform just as well off road. Buy these you won't regret it!"

"I have just started using these shoes and am happy with them so far . They look quite good and seem well made . They seem strong and robust and the 3 strap closure is comfortable and adjustable . I had no problems fitting and setting the cleats to a comfortable position . As usual with all DHB products I ordered one size up from the sizing chart recommendation and am very happy with the fit ."

Superior performance
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Versatile
Cons: makes others jelous
"The dhb M1 MTB shoe rivals all the top brands but at a far lower price.
I originally selected this shoe for off road cycling but since discovering it's ability to shield against poor weather and keep my foot warm I have been using it with my road bike too.
The M1 features a stylish 3 strap fastening system and can be easily wiped clean after a dirty ride. The size chart is very accurate in comparison to regular shoe size, so there's no need to order a size to big and as long as you know your shoe size you won't be sending these back!"

Very Good
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Good Fit, Great Value, Versatile
"First of all make sure you take notice of the wiggle sizing for these shoes. Wiggle have taken into account that these shoes are on the small size. My shoes fit perfect and after a couple of rides have moulded around my feet. Have just gone clipless so did'ant want to spend a furtune. These shoes are very good value and i have recommended them to other mountain bikers who like them.
Cant find any better for the price.

excellent
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Rugged
"Got to admit, I'm absolutely delighted with these shoes.
When buying shoes or clothing of any kind off the web there is always that element of worry when the product arrives - you look at the box and think "will they look ok?", "will they fit?", "are they made from papier mache?", etc
When I opened the box I was pleasantly surprised, I'd opted for the black / silver / grey shoes and have to say I quite liked the look of them -sporty without being spangly glitter ball disco slippers. They seemed nicely put together - so far, so good.
When I first tried them on I was a tiny bit worried - they seemed a little tight. Not excessively, but tight nonetheless. But after taking them off and putting them on again a couple of times, they quickly loosened off nicely. After a couple of weeks riding with them they appear to have worn in nicely, they actually have a nice snug feel and haven't become 'baggy' - they don't move around on my foot but don't feel too tight at all. Nice.
The straps are very good - not need to re-tighten half way through the ride - very secure. They don't pinch on any parts of the foot - they are positioned to spread the load evenly.
As a newcomer to SPD's I'm not to sure about their performance relative to other shoes but I can say that they perform very well for me.
The venting on the sides is very effective. Although be aware these are Summer shoes and help your feet breath, if you go through puddles, mud, wet undergrowth, etc - your feet WILL get wet. They will dry quickly due to the vents but you have been warned.
Overall - can't recommend highly enough to be honest. Extremely good value for money. Would definitely buy again and would recommend to all."

Get What You Pay For?.......Not Always
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, Lightweight, Rugged, Versatile, dirt cheap
"I've run these shoes on my Trek fuel with Crank bros. candys. These shoes are honestly phenominal for their money. After 300 off road and 200road miles, they're as tough and rigid in the sole as any 100 quid plus shoes. The synthetic uppers have stretched in nicely and with the 3 strap fastening they offer a superbly snug feel. A shoe of this quality, style and comfort for less than £45 must be embarrassing for opossition shoe makers. Well Done Wiggle, Top Stuff!!"

Good value - small fit !
Pros: Great Value, Rugged, Versatile
Cons: Poor Fit
"They look good, work very well, but I've had to take out the innersole to fit my foot in them! Found this particularly odd as I am exactly a 11.5 uk (typically annoying size which nothing comes in) and these are a 12uk.
This is ok, but it means the performance is slightly lessened due to the reduced comfort.

get one size bigger
Pros: Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit
"Nice shoe, easy to get in and out, soles are quite stiff which helps whilst pedaling but not for walking around. There seams to be a lot of debate around the right size: I normally wear 45 and ordered 46 which fits me perfectly. Good quality shoe, time will tell how well it takes the rough and tumble of my commutes!"

サイズがあえばよい
Pros: 良いバリュー
Cons:

Pros: Great Value, Comfortable, Rugged, Adjustable
Cons: Poor Fit, a little too narrow!
"These shoes are excellent, nice looking & very comfortable. My only gripe & it is only a small thing,I have wide feet so at the moment they are a tiny bit tight. That said though,I am totally impressed with them. The quality of them is superb!"

Great MTB shoes!
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
"I spent a few hours looking at different MTB shoes and decided on these. So glad I did. They are very comfortable and well made. My last pair were Diadoras and lasted nearly15 years and I am sure these will be the same.
I am glad I bought the size up though, I have size 11 feet so after reading the reviews I bought size 12 and they fit great.
They were great Value at £45 (reduced from £50) and arrived in two days from placing the order.
Get them quick, I believe they are being discontinued. Hopefully the next generation will be this good.
Cheers Wiggle.

Good shoes
Pros: Great Value, Adjustable, Lightweight, Versatile
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"I decided to bite the bullet and go from toe clips to a proper pair of shoes and have to say it was a very good move. I have found these to be good value for money, they dry quickly and seem reletively adjustable although I have wide feet so have to have the bottom strap very loose or they squash my toes. I use them for road cycling and they fit the purpose well and are of good quality (although check the screws are done up tightly as one of mine came out). I will definately be trying DHB products in the future"

Great value MTB shoes
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"A great value MTB shoe that fits like a glove and is comfortable to wear. The screws need to be tightened after the first big ride, as one of mine fell out and I was locked onto the bike."
