Ritchey Pro Road Bar Tape - Black
Pros: Comfortable, Great Value, High Quality
"I had never replaced any bar tape before so this was a first for me. I found this tape to be very easy to use. It even allowed me to undo the tape and start again when id did not leave enough overhang for the end plugs (my fault). They feel really good in action, not too hard, not too soft. The lockable end/bar plugs are brilliant. One tip if like me you have never re-taped bars before, is to search you tube where there are some excellent videos of how to re-tape bars. I will definately buy these again without any hesitation."

Good Tape but plugs are a bit confusing
Pros: Great Value

"This is good tape, had no problem wrapping it. Only gripe would be that the pluds that come with it are a bit over the top. They involve using an alan key to tighten which sounds good in theory, but each time i tried to tighten it the alan key stripped the thread before it was tight enough to slay plugged in."

OK bar tape, nothing better than the others
Pros: Comfortable, Lightweight

"Good length of tape, no problems with wrapping on large width handlebars. the adhesive part is not strong enough and slips on the handlebars in the mid section and wears down very easily there. I tend to ride with my hands on the top of the handlebar or on the horns. It also stains quite badly when in the rain or from sweat, leaving black marks on gloves and and horn covers if they are also not black.
Comfort is quite good, actually better than the italian cork tape, no problems there, but the poor resistance to use of the tape means I have done maybe 5-600K and already it is almost time to replace it."

"I needed to replace the white (dirty) tape on my bike. Chose this on for no other reason than it seemed good value. It was a good choice. Adequate lenght and so far sticks to the bars. Decent cushioning and looks good."

"I got the red, which is slightly pinker in colour than I was expecting. I was using this for wrapping Tri bars, and though the description states it, I wasn't expecting the tape to be so thick. Compared to standard bonty or specialised tape thisnis much thicker and better quality, easy to unwrap and start again. But the only issue I've had is ending the tape, since it is so thick I can't get the electrical tape to wrap around the tape and the bar
