Safe and comfortable
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Good Fit
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"Not only does this tape glow in the dark making night riding that much safer, it also requires very little time in the light to enable it to glow. Additionally, it performs no worse than any top of the line Cinelli bar tape, meaning safety does not compromise comfort."

Cons: Unattractive
"biggest disappointment from Cinelli ever : feels like plastic, doesn't look really good in the flesh.
my expectations were not that high after reading some reviews but the luminosity was even poorer that i expected : after having been exposed to extreme light it might glow a little if in total darkness.
stayed on the bike for two days :-("

As good as the reviews
"The reviews of this product made it clear it did not glow like the manufacturers promo photo and it doesn't. It does glow in the dark after having the chance to absorb light (the stronger and more direct the light source the better it will glow) just dont expect it to be as bright as the promo photo. If a white bar tape fits with your bike this is a good product to have to give just that small extra thing to increase your visibiliy if you ride in the dark. THe initial spongeness of the tape is also good."

Hard wearing
Pros: High Quality, good inclusions
Cons: Expensive
"The demonstrated glow is not nearly as bright as the picture would indicate. The grip is quite comfortable for short trips as long as you are happy to move your hand position regularly. Very hard wearing and well packaged with tape and reflective bar ends included. The luminescence following exposure to light, doesn't last terribly long. A nice safety idea but could do with a little more work."
