Good and bad

"To be honest I'm really torn as what to say.
When I first got this product I loved it. My knee felt really secure and strong, the product appeared well made and of good quality.
However, ,....and it's a big however, after about 5 wears one of the four springs wore through its fabric pocket. I ended up having to take this spring out. Then on outing number 6 another spring also wore through its fabric pocket, so much so that it was stabbing my other leg and the next day I ended up with a big bruise on the opposite leg to the one wearing the support.
I'm hoping that it was just a one off and that the next one I get is fit for purpose because as I said in the beginning I really loved this product."
