dhb Earnley Ladies Zip Neck Long Sleeve Base Layer
The new dhb base layers have been redesigned for 2009 and have a new super comfort fit and the amazing Nanobon fabric. The Compton base layer is available in a round neck and zip neck option.

"This is a really well-fitting, lightweight base layer.
Suited more to spring/summer than winter wear, it has good long sleeves, a zip neck that's snug without being over-tight, and is generous in length.
I can see me ordering more of these for other sports."

excellent except for pulling threads

"This base layer top was an excellent fit, feels and looks great on, is very warm and comfortable to wear. the only negative is that the fabric catches easily even with a fingernail and leaves exposed threads that dont look good. This has happened to mine and my partners so I have marked them down on quality for that."

"For a base layer, this one looks good. I especially like the zip idea. Sometimes I felt hot when climbing up the hill, I could pull it down. The only drawback in my case is the fit. Though my upper body is quite slim, I have slightly wider shoulder than women of similar size. Therefore the armpit part of this base layer is too tight for me."

"This is a really good running base layer. It's close fitting, comfortable to wear and quite figure flattering, plus it's really good value for money. I particularly like the zip neck which means I can fasten it up when it's really cold and easily unzip it if I need to regulate my temperature. I already have a similar product by another manufacturer which I was quite happy with but this Earnley one is even better. I've worn it on cold early morning runs, blustery windy runs and last night was very glad of it when running in bitingly cold driving rain. I'm normally quite a cold person and didn't think I could find a base layer that would keep me warm (but not too warm) whatever the conditions but I can't fault this one. My husband bought a men's Earnley base layer and he liked it so much he bought another - I expect I will probably do the same. No need to look elsewhere, I can't fault this product."

Brilliant Base Layer

"This is my first full season and I am still building my cycle wardrobe. I have never used a base layer before but was pleasantly suprised with this purcahse. "I bought this for the wife, who is new to wearing "proper" cycling gear.
This base layer was bought to make her more comfortable and warmer on the bike. Even though this is the right size for her, she finds it quite clingy to wear - not tight but figure hugging.
The long sleeves are a bonus as combined with a long sleeved top they help keep arms and hands warm. The zip goes all the way up the neck to keep out draughts. The wicking works quite well and although warm she has noticed that she does not suffer from cold damp areas at the end of a ride.
She also likes the contrasting purple flat-lock stitching and discrete logo, but could never wear it without an outer layer."

As good as ever

"This was purchased by my wife who already has a DHB base layer which she wore the whole of last winter. She ordered this one and is very impressed by the modifications to the design. The zip is now concealed at the neck making it more comfortable. She likes the fact that it is long in the body preventing "riding up" problems when in the saddle. It is reasonably priced and excellent value for money. She has other base layers but always reverts back to the DHB ones."
