Rotating light.
Pros: High Quality, Good Fit
"Before the purchase prices are slightly higher, so puzzled. However, you can experience will receive the goods, and experiment with the rotation is really good. The purchase is really good. Shimano and compatible, but absolutely no problem."

Very worthwhile purchase
Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
"I was a little sceptical about paying a significant amount extra for a bottom bracket with ceramic bearings, when you can easily get a standard bottom bracket for a portion of the price. Having installed the product on my road bike I was definitely recommend spending extra on the bottom bracket, and in particular buying this product!!
This bottom bracket provide a very solid, smooth riding experience and definitely makes those longer rides much more enjoyable."

Good BB...
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, Rugged
"I swapped out from Dura - Ace to Red and this was part of the new groupset. I found this to be better than Dura-Ace as it turns smoothly (although I won't claim to be able to tell the difference from the ceramic bearings!!) and has better seals.
When I regrease I always notice how clean the grease is around the bearings."

over prirced
Cons: Expensive, Poor Quality, Wears Out Easily
"feels smooth, but not sure if it makes any difference unless you're racing. Managed to also strip the notches trying to fit it; even when using a geniune shimano tool. Feels like it's poor quality given the alloy is so soft. Instructions also say you need to service every 100 hours, or less if you're riding in the rain. Consider whether you can be bothered before buying."

"I was using the force bearings pior and they were very good bb's, after switching the the ceramics OMG, my ride was smoother, quieter, and the pedaling efficency has gone up, this is a great upgrade period!"

Surprising Upgrade
Pros: speed/power boast
Cons: Expensive
"Have SRAM Rival on my P3C and whilst training on it for an event decided to change the standard BB for the BB with ceramic bearings, thinking there might be a slight difference, but surprised that I could move up to the next higher gear on the cassette...perhaps it just in my head or perhaps not, now certainly a convert.
Recommended as an upgrade before considering a carbon crank...definitely made a difference."
