Pure xc-fork
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight
Cons: Not Enough Features
"Durin is a pure XC racing fork. Not very comfortable on small bumps. But on bigger bumps the fork works fine and uses its travel. I put in lower pressure, to make it work softer, but still not as comfy as the others (Fox etc.). But even with very low pressure, there was no moving while pedaling. I recommend running an extra 5-10psi pressure. Lockout works well too, but it has no blowout function. Durin race is a perfect for a hardtail!"

Fantastic value forks
Pros: Adjustable, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight
"Lightweight yet torsionally rigid, plush ride - great XC fork and cheaper than its rivals. Oil bath design = infrequent yet simple maintenance. What's not to like?"

Light and Stiff
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Lightweight, Versatile
Cons: fast paint wear
"A very light weight 100mm travel fork that is increadibly stiff, full stop, not just for its weight. There is a decent range in the rebound adjustment to get it feeling as you'd like. The compression dampening isn't adjustable but the factory setting seems pretty darn good with very little brake dive and no racing through the travel. It feels quite plush, no noticable stick-tion in the initial travel. Simple air spring to set the sag just right. I find the bar lockout very useful, I didn't think I'd use it but its so easy to activate and de-activate I find myself using it alot.
The down sides are the paint seems to wear fast in places, the stickers don't seem too keen on staying put for that long and if you hammer it, which I know you're not meant to do as its XC race fork, but if you do hammer it the dampening does get a little overwhelmed so you end up with slightly sore hands after a long hard decent. But the travel and fork are still working fine you just feel the bumps a bit more than a coil fork.
Overall I really like the fork and the price is great compared to others in its class. I'm thinking of geting another for my second bike.
