Good workout for those who like to spin
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit
"This trainer only requires a small amount of assembly and there is a decent set of instructions provided for this.
I would say the build quality is good and the folding legs will make it easy to put away when the spring arrives. Considering I have it set up with a mountain bike it is very stable and reasonably quiet in operation. The handlebar remote is a must for varying resistance whilst peddling and offers a good range.
The unit gives a surprisingly good workout, especially when sprinting hard. The resistance increments are subtle but very effecting when spinning the wheel at a reasonable pace.
To summarise I would recommend this to anyone who likes to spin the rear wheel and get a good workout, without paying a fortune. Just don’t expect the hard setting to feel like a tortuous climb in the granny ring and you won’t go wrong."

The quietest turbo ever?
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Rugged, Adjustable, Versatile, very quiet
"The V150 is such a quiet runner that the only noise you are likely to hear is the bikes chain!
The V150 does require assembling but this is simple and quite quick.
Using the special skewer provided the back wheel sits very securely within the V150.
The handlebar mounted lever has good range of resistance which combined with your gears provides for a large selection of different riding situations.
You also get a free down load of a Sufferfest training DVD which I tried for the first time tonight (the wifes away) and it had my average heart rate several beats higher than normal!
All in all a very good buy!"

"Had this trainer now for about a week, really easy to set up straight from the box instructions provided but really not needed.
provides a really good workout its reletively quiet also, very good build quality and looks good too, and now the foul weathers here i bought at just the right time, the only slight niggle is im finding that after 5-6 sessions my rear tyre is wearing and its a new bike so is this normal?

"V150 arrived swiftly once ordered, instruction are easy to follow, and even I had it put together in no time. Brought the V150 mainly for those rained off/snowed in winter days, but had my first blast (intervals) on it in the garden during one of our recent hot, hot days, great!"

"This is a very well made trainer that does pretty much all you need a trainer to do, apart from wipe the sweat from your brow & serve cold drinks when you need it!
The 'made in japan' quality really stands out when you assemble & use this trainer - what it is even better is that it's the more recent version that I received (v150-2), which has a couple of improved features (see the manufacturer's website)."
