"Order late on Thursday arrived Saturday early via Royal Mail. Designed for any CycleOps trainer, easy to install even on a slightly rusty trainer, thank you WD40 for loosening a couple of nuts. The adaptor has a plate to raise the mag and two new shorter arms to drop the height. Works a treat, hopefully can now get the Wife spinning freely without aggravating a damaged knee."

Great piece of kit
Pros: Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Adjustable, only thing on the market
"I bought this so that my kids could use the Turbo trainer with their 24 inch Isla bikes during the winter. It has helped improve their stamina, power and cadence and means that they can still exercise in-spite of the cold weather. You need to fiddle with the tightening mechanism to make sure it's neither too loose (easy) or tight (hard) otherwise the workout is wasted. Also be prepared to sacrifice an old slick tyre as like any roller it will destroy it."

Perfect for small wheelers
Pros: Adjustable, Good Fit, Rugged
"This was bought so that I could use my Cycleops trainer with a Bike Friday 20" wheeler. It comes with a new pair of legs to reduce the overall height of the trainer, and also comes with extenders to accomodate BMX bikes with shorter rear axles. The one thing that I would have liked, and which is missing from the Cycleops spares range, is a replacement knurled adjusting knob as I have found this to be the one thing that can wear quickly."
