Great feature for Ronhill Vizion garments.

"Great addition to compatible Ronhill clothing. I use this on the Vizion Gilet at night. Press once for solid red glow, twice for flashing red or 3 times to return to off position. In the off position it is still naturally reflective. A clever, cheap, lightweight product and it stays in place on the garment via the velco. I only wish Ronhill would place a velcro bed on the front breast of their garments for a front light source. This product in a White (if it is not already available) option would be perfect for such."

Goo item I thought

"I bought this for running over the winter season. Despite a lot of negative reviews on this site about the item, I thought it was a good buy. It's never 'fallen off' my jacket (like some people said they'd had problems with) and I've had no trouble switching it on or off, which some people seemed to have problems with. It's given me a bit more confidence about running at night or in the earlier hours of the morning along with the bright yellow jacket it attaches to. I agree with some who say it might be a good idea if Ron Hill produced a white one that could be fitted to the front of the jacket somehow too – although I guess that would be double the price."

Very good cheap light

"Easy to use with velcro fitting you just push onto appropriate Ronhill kit, I use with a running jacket. Very bright & lightweight. Thought was a bit vunerable to falling off but its a secure fit. Button a bit fiddely but well worth the money for dark runs."

Still sat on my desk

"Well it works in the sense that it gives out light - and I fiddle with it every now and then whilst on desk - but it has no way for me to attach it to anything I wear when I go out running.

Clearly, could be down to myself not applying myself to sort some cord or whatever but never quite get round to it."

Great light, easy to use

"The light it gives off is great, it is easily attachable and handy to use. Only thing is that once I received it I can only turn it on and there are no different settings (for blinking etc) and in order to turn it off I have to take out the battery each time. This is a shame, but I don't feel like going through the trouble of sending it back."

"If a tree falls in a forest and you are not there to hear it, does it make a sound?

this light fits that discussion. It's flashing red when I put my jacket is on, I forget it's there 'til I take it off again and nothing has hit me in the mean time - so - One assumes it's doing it's job.

Get one if you have a ron hill jacket and ever wondered what the little velcro bit is at the back is for. You might just hear a tree fall."

More useful for cyclists

"I purchased this LED light with my Ron Hill running jacket and thought it was a good idea for additional safety reasons; it velcros on the back of the jacket. It offers the choice of a static or flashing light and illuminates very well in the dark. For joggers I am not so convinced with just the light on my back when I tend to run towards traffic and I'm on the pavement. I do feel having a white light on my front would useful. As such I haven't used it yet and in all honesty I am not convinced I will either. However, I am also getting into cycling and believe it will be more useful in that activity and will probably get some use for it then."

It ain't much but if it catches the eye of a driver and brings there attention to you instead of their mobile phone it can only be a good thing. "I was worried that this may be a little heavy and bounce around when running.
There is a little movement but because the light is so light it doesn't cause any bother. I also use it when cycling, I'm lit up like a Xmas tree with this light as well as the one on the bike and my helmet!"

"I have some Ronhill gear, but nothing that has the velcro patch for this light. But it also has a loop on the side with the velcro, so you can run a strap or something else through it. Definitely easy to DIY up other options as well, although I haven't needed to yet."

Do you have the Correct Ron Hill Clothing

"This requires specific Ron hill fixing on your clothing to use this be very careful as I thought it was compatible with my ronhill running top but it was not. I have fixed to my bike helmet using a rubber band and has been quite useful but was not what I purchased for."
