Use this is you are tired of normal swimming caps
Pros: Comfortable, High Quality, Good Fit
Cons: Limited Color Choices, don't love the speedo logo at the front.
"I have a stack of swimming caps from triathlons and the like. Tired of them not covering my ears and moving whilst in long training sessions, I opted for spending the money on this.
No doubt, it looks like rubber helmet, but it awesome. I used it last night and didn't have to adjust once. The goggles rest comfortably too.
Doubt I'll use it out of the pool but for training this is a dream. Covers the ears more than other caps too."

Excellent fit

"This was my second swimming cap. Before buying this cap I used a normal silicone swimming cap from SOC. I did not like the fit of the normal swimming cap and had problems that it was pulling my head and slowly slipping off my head.
With the Speedo AquaV Cap this problem was solved. The multi-thinkness rubber really gives a perfect fit and is really comfortable to wear."

"The cheapest and easiest way to reduce your swim time at any distance i have used it to cut time off my 50m freestyle PB and i have even used it in the swim leg of a sprint triathlon, it holds firm with your head pushing those big ears flat against your head to offer less drag and there is not one crease to report i put it on and was amazed to see it snap on firmly to my head shape an excellent cap and i have no worryies about the durability of it because of the brand and considering how actually thick it is, A+ cap"

"I am not saying that if your hat size is large this will work for you. My hat size is 7 1/2. But, I think what is more important is the volume. The top of my head is not completely round and full. This is a pliable cap that will stretch to try and hold your head, unlike a hat which only considers the maximum circumference of your head. So, I can see how someone with a smaller hat size, but whose head has more volume could have issues with this. Works great for me."

"I brought size large and It's a tight fit. Having shoulder length hair means I have to tie it back to fit inside the cap, after about 1.5km in the pool I was starting to get a headache due to the preassure the hat was putting on my head. If your head is larger than 61cm I wouldn't recommend buying this hat; it doesn't have alot of stretch."

"I thought that I better buy one of these as i'd be racing in Ironman UK in August, and wearing a swim cap would be madatory. Coupled with this I thought that this particular style may offer me some insulation from the coldest of pool/ outdoor water in the early part of the year and early spring.
I've got to say that i'm pretty impressed with the feel of this. It feels robust and noticeably more durable than the average swim cap. The thermal protection from colder water was instantaneous, and as a result my body temperature doesn't drop during extended periods (an hour plus) in the water. I haven't used it outdoors yet, but I will, and on race day this will be next to my scalp with any race issued hat on the outside. I've got a smallish head (size 58 beret for those that would know what that means) so the fit was pretty good but not perfect, so I trimmed the edge following the existing shape with a scissors, and now it's perfect.

In my opinion it's worth the extra money, you do feel faster moving though the water, there's no sensation of the water going over your head, it protects you from the coldest water, and it should last an age. Some extra colours would be good, i'd have bought a yellow one given the option but i'm not that bothered about it. Little bit pricey, but in this case I do think you get what you pay for."

"My head circumference is 62cm. Altough sold as large the cap is still fitted very tight,I had to return it and kept the"Speedo LZR Racer Cap" instead which stretched better. If you are not up to set a new world record on 25m freestyle consider something more convient."
