Brilliant top up
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, Versatile
"These tabs provide you with a great top up of electrolytes to make sure you're properly hydrated. Not really an energy top up, use bars, gels, fruit and food for that, but fantastic at replacing all the salts and other minerals lost as you sweat. I do sweat a lot and have used a little salt in diluted fruit juice to help absorbtion of carbs from gels etc but these little tabs are great to take with you on hot days/long rides so you can refill the water bottle with something that is known to work. Read a few of the reviews to get the idea of what people use them for, then buy some to try, you won't regret it. Tastes good and It's much easier to drink than 'just water'"

Excellent product
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, Versatile, great taste, convenient
"I bought a single tube of these these as I wanted an hydration product which would be easier to use whilst traveling. Then started the mammouth task of trying to find a retailer who still supplied them. I'm not sure why these seem so difficult to come by. Regardless, Wiggle to the rescue!!
I have used one tube, to date, and this is the best hydration drink I have tried. They have a really light taste, ideal when you're working hard - I like the slight effervescence, though it does make my Camelbak Podium bottle whistle for a few minutes!
I've never suffered cramps to comment on Nuun's effect on that problem. What I can say is that the drink prevents the onset of thirst, and lets me get on with riding. It probably helps that they are easy to carry, so not trying to ration out liquid on the ride home. Just drop a tablet in and top up. (Also tried one after a heavy night, and seemed to help that too....)
Now need to buy a multi-pack to stock up and try other flavours. Looks like another order to Wiggle, then!"

The Cure for Cramp
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, cure for cramp
"Having suffered for a while with cramp I have been searching for the solution for a while. Banana's helped but after 50km or so the cramp always got me.
That was until I tried Nuun electrolyte tablets. I have used both the Cola (with caffeine) and the berry flvour now and I can report back that the cramp problem seems to have gone. I completed the HONC in April with not even a twinge....
I'll see how they fair in the hight of summer when the sweatfest begins, but for now I have my cramp cure !!!"

My amazing tonic.....
Pros: Great Value, Lightweight, instant effect
Cons: not enough to go round...
"We had been cycling through Vietnam on the 1st day of our sponsored bike ride....we had covered about 25 miles in 38 degrees centigrade, It was New Years Day there and all the locals were out spurring us on our way. Everything was so exciting but as we approached the midday sun , the roads got dustier and the heat was sapping my energy. We stopped for lunch in the shade of the rubber plantations and I remembered to take my Nunn Active Hydration Tablets .....whosh, I was off again , overtaking the rest of the team who were curious to know what I was on as I sped passed. WHAT AN ADVERTISEMENT FOR NUNN ACTIVE HYDRATION TABLETS......MY AMAZING TONIC ......THEY ALL WANTED SOME."

Miraculous
Pros: High Quality, effective
"I've no idea how these work but they're amazingly effective. I started using them last year when I was training for my first 100-miler - around the same time that I started using a recovery drink and Torq bars - and the combination of these three completely transformed my training. The Nuuns don't give you any energy as such but they stop you getting tired. I've only tried the lemon and lime flavour but they taste fine - even when you're drinking nothing but for hours on end. They dissolve quickly and they're reasonably priced too so I can't really fault them at all."

Top Hydration
Pros: High Quality, tasty!
"Just returned from a cycling expedition in India - cycling for upto 10 hours per day for 6 days in temperatures up to 40 degrees. Hydration was clearly very important - I used Nunn tablets in my water - they were so easy to use - whilst others were trying to tip powders into water bottles and finding that half of it was ending in the wind - I just dropped a tablet into my water and 2 minutes later (I timed it - I know so sad!) it was completely dissolved. The taste is "OK" its like mildly flavoured water not unpleasant at all. The packaging is such that the tube can be easily stuffed in a pocket or rucksack. Did the job for me!"

nuun- be care, you can get addicted
Pros: Adjustable, High Quality
"I am a recovering nuun addict. At first, i couldnt get enough of it. I started out by just taking it during rides. Then, i started using it between rides. Now i wake up thinking about taking it. Be careful this stuff is addictive. :)
On the more serious note, this stuff works great. Everyone suffers cramps until they take this product. By far, the best electrolyte supplement. Just be careful, the sodium in it generates a lot of gas, which can pop the lid off your bottle if not relieved. I use it with Accelerade and Hammer Perpetume. Makes both drinks taste much better.

Nuun electrolytes

Pros: Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight
"These tablets saved my race and maybe my life in July. I may be exagerating but thats how I felt halfway way through the Marmotte cycle sportif on the 4th of July. At half way, with Col du Galibier and Alpe D'Huez to go, I was on my knees with cramp and headache. As the rain came down I was miserable and wanted to abandon until a kind hearted chap gave me half a tube of his Nuun tablets. He pointed out that all my energy drink powder had no electrolytes in it and attributed this to my symptoms of dehydration. With the Nunn on board I continued and completed in 11 hours. It ended up been the longest and hardest days I've ever had, but with hindsight one of the best. I owe that chap and his Nunn tablets a big thanks for saving my day and maybe me."

Nuun Hydration Tablets
Cons: Expensive
"Worked well on a thirty mile cycle as well as at swiimming on a regular basis, as no cramps like I've had in the past. Good selection of flavours, stops you getting board with the same few month after month. Come in a handy little tube for ease of carrying with you anywhere. Not as good value for money though in comparison to High5 tablets, as only 12 tablets to a tube as where there are 20 to a tube in High5, which also tend to be a little cheaper. Still a good alternative to High5, just bring the price down a bit!"

Stopped my cramps and keeps me concentrated
Pros: High Quality, convenient
"I started using Nuun two years ago after being recommended to them by a nutritionist. I was suffering from cramps in hard training and racing, and as most of my riding was after work, I figured it must be down to some dehydration of sorts.
I started using Nuun at my desk and felt so much more concentrated, and better in the evening. Then I put it in my ride bottles and have never turned back.
My favourite flavour is Kona Cola and Strawberry Lemonade is great too."

Perfect!
Pros: palatable
"I am new to training and using training consumables.
This product comes as a tablet; just add a tablet to 500 ml of water and hey presto you have a rehydration drink with no added rubbish. I keep what I don't drink in the fridge. Interestingly, if you drink a sugar laced drink you can't store it; mould starts growing within 48 hours.
This drink has no sugar, so, store it without worrying.
I find that drinking just water after training is rather unpalatable. Adding sugar makes it easier and more pleasant to drink. The grape flavour replaces the sugar and makes it pleasant to drink. I'm about to order more!

Weak taste
Cons: Expensive, weak taste
"Should have stuck with High 5 Zero! These taste ok (strawberry lemonade) and I'm sure they do an ok job as a low calorie drink but I much prefer the stronger flavour of the High 5 Zero Cherry bomb, I have had to add 1.5 tabs to my water bottle whereas I only use 1 tab with High 5. Aso you get more tabs in the high5 so it's a no-brainer really!"

nuun
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Versatile
"I came across nuun earlier this year and I am very impressed.
I am always on the go, swapping bags, bikes, kit, etc, and I find the nuun tubes really handy to transport. When I train I use only nuun and when I race I tend to use one bottle of nuun for hydration and the a second bottle with conventional energy drink and it works well. Also, a fantastic hangover cure.
Favourite flavour has to be Strawberry-Lemonade!"

Not the best
Cons: Low Quality, bland
"Used once, bought the citrus flavour, although it did'nt realy taste of anything. Tummy felt a bit funny afterwards, could have been a curry the night before though. I've tried other products that taste better and delivered a noticeable boost of energy. Rest of the tube will be off to the bin"

Buenas sales sin calorias
Pros: buen precio, Atractivo, Cómodo, Alta calidad, Resistente, Regulable, Ligereza

Easy to use but a bit disappointing
Pros: Versatile
Cons: salty aftertaste
"Good range of flavours which are quite subtle and the tablets are easy to use even scored to assist breaking a tablet in two. For me I found that there was quite a salty taste when the tablet was dissolved a bit like the aftertaste of Andrews salts. Not sure if it's bicarbonate that is used to make the tablets effervescent !? Useful to carry as an back up to refill bottles in a long ride."

Not a fan of artificial sweetners in this product
Pros: Lightweight, Versatile
Cons: artificial sweetners
"A fair price for what they are...taste could be better but your not going to be drinking gallons of this stuff and its not always advisable to stick to one drink alone if out exercising for more than an hour. Some of the ingredients do concern me though especially the acesulfame potassium."
