Awesome DH brakes
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Adjustable, Good Fit
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"V2 brakes by Hope are simply the best brakes out there for dh riding. The nature of this riding type is very high speed and the need to brake late and wash of lots of speed suddenly. This brake does it all. Tonnes of power and fade free, run after run. Stock pad life is great and aftermarket Hope brand sintered pads are even better. Swap the heavy vented rotor for a light weight non tented type and you'll have a brake for all mountain use. This brake is an excellent product, Well made, beautiful, durable and keenly priced."

Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, Rugged, High Quality, Adjustable, Lightweight, Versatile, Good Fit
"I have always had hope brakes, rode a few different mates bikes, thought hopes were getting left behind, Formula, Shimano and Avids Ultimates all felt like they had better control and more predictable bite points etc. I fitted these three months ago on my AM/FR RIG, great feel to them. gives real confidence on the long down hills no decernable fade and great control, allows effective line correction when you just dont get it right. Awesome brakes would reccomend highly. I reckon these are the next generation you can really tell the difference."

"Not the strongest one, but accurate, feels like a Motorbike brake, and installation sucks."

Light weight and Overbuilt
Pros: Adjustable, Attractive, Durable, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
"Absolutely the strongest brakes on the market, possibly too strong! Overbuilt is the best way to describe the rotors! The Hope brakes are the best design and super clean lines! Highly recommended, especially if your going Mach speeds!"
