Great fixie chainset
Pros: Attractive, Durable, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
Cons: Limited Color Choices
"I bought this chain set to fit to a fixed speed project that I put together. Its a very slick looking chain set and the combination of 48 tooth ring and 165mm arms is a perfect starting point (when combined with an 18 tooth sprocket in the rear) for a novice fixie rider like myself.
The finish is great when looking at the chain ring from the front, the back of the spider is a little rough (casting remnants). The annodised coating on the chain ring is quite durable, but this is likely due to having a good chain line rather than special coatings or such.
The writing on the crank arm is coated by some clear lacquer so it hasn't rubbed off yet (despite some rubbing from my shoes).
Overall its a great product, and the price point at Wiggle is fantastic if you're looking for a track or fixie chain set."

VERY tight!
"It's a nice looking crank and also value for money. the only downside is that when use the recommended miche 107 bb it doesnt leave much clearance between the chainstay and the crank arm. at the moment i have only 2 mm clearance, it's very tight."

Light weight and meaty
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Comfortable, High Quality, Lightweight
"Fabulous what an improvment 52teeth 175cranks upped my average speed by 3mph. Far more control on the descents and the extra crank length gets me up the hills. Been using this chain set for a year day in day out 200 miles a week and love it. I have a 1 hour commute to work and it is like having an awesome spinning class twice a day. The chainset looks great on the bike."

Poor quality control.
Pros: Great Value, Attractive
Cons: Poor Fit
"I was very dissapointed to find gaps between the spider/ring interface which is un-acceptable on a piece of track equipment. Other complaints include shopwear on both crank arms aswell as a different design to that pictured.
Without these defects the crankset would be a great buy. However, as quality varies from each sample i cannot reccomend miche products."

Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Good Fit
"Probably the nicest mid priced track cranks available. They look great and are well made from high grade aluminium. The back of the drive side crank is a bit rough, but this is a compromise that keeps the price down."

Great track crankset

bent crankset
Pros: Attractive, Lightweight
Cons: Poor Quality, Wears Out Easily, limited arm length ring size combinations
"I've been using this for a year now. At first I was disappointed with the limited combination of crank length and ring size, I went for the 165 / 48 and had to go for a smaller ring to get my good gear ratio. Then I felt happy with the acquisition they felt stiff and light, until i accidentally hit a fence at the height of the pedal and got the right crank arm bent! (grr!!) (barely eye perceptible but enough to hit the chainstay) and I can't get it back to its normal shape. Also pay attention when using crank extractor! I screwed the threads on the left side so easily !"

awesome
Pros: Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Good Fit
Cons: different price with different colour
"Pretty good performance. If sugino 75 or Dura-ace 7600 is too expensive (along with the bb), this would be the best option in the market."

Solid Good Value
Pros: Great Value, Attractive
Cons: Limited Color Choices, heavy
"I've been using a set of Miche cranks on my fixie on and off for 7 years - firstly on my 35-yo red Hoffy fixie (I've owned it 30y) and now on my black Soma Rush. I'm replacing them because the old ones are creaking like a MoFo. I prefer the all-silver of the old ones but as the BCD has changed I have to use the new chainring. Too bad the cranks come with a 48t as my ring of choice is 46t which I ordered separately. I use 46-18 for 66" i.e. 100rpm @ 32kph...210rpm @ 67.3 :) I'm hoping religious 35NM-tightening on install means they will last better this time round. My brother is happily using 47-18 Miche on his Soma Rush pearl white fixie. We both use 165mm for road clearance and rpm. Chain (KMC cheapies) security at high speed is ABSOLUTE using all1/8" as roundness/centricity is good. Time will tell re: durability of the taper-interface."

what difference a crank can make
"Swapped this in place of my standard issue Miche (42T) on my Cinelli Bootleg Mystic Rats. From 42x16 to 48x19. Amazing at the feel and how the lighter stronger cranks make a vast difference to the peddaling. Highly recommended. Also swapped out the BB for the matching Miche Primato item."

good quality track chainset
Pros: Attractive, Durable, Good Fit, Great Value, High Quality, Lightweight, Rugged
"I bought this to sort out a chainline issue on my OTP single speed/ fixed bike. The bike was advertised as fixed ready but when I fitted the fixed track cog & lock ring the crank chain ring at the front was way out making it dangerous to ride fixed. after lots of research the only way to correct the problem was to buy this. It put the chain line at the font back in line with the rear cog from frame centre . I now have a good safe fixed drivetrain this was a definate upgrade on the previous chainset & at a reasonable price too. Miche make other rings to fit the crank spider & its standard 144 BCD so gear changes are easy to come by. Overall pleased with product."
