Hybrid shorts
Pros: Comfortable, Durable, Good Fit, High Quality
Cons: Expensive
"The comfort and performance of lycra, with the look of baggy shorts. They do look a little strange, but performance is top notch. Expensive, but you get what you pay for. The pad shape and fit is excellent and shines during longer rides."

Wierd but really comfortable
Pros: Comfortable, Good Fit, High Quality, Lightweight, Versatile

"These do look a little strange but I wouldn't swap them for any other short. They have the comfort and support of a tight lycra short with a baggy outer that has good sized pockets.
I can ride all day with these without getting sore and find them much more comfortable that wearing undershorts with baggy shorts."

Wierd design
"These shorts are kind of like a sewing experiment gone wrong.
They are a combination of baggys on the outside half of your leg, with the lycra inner on the inner half of your leg - the explanation doesn't make it clear enough exactly what you are buying. If you look closely enough, you can king of see it from the photos, but only if you look closely at the inner thigh area.
From the side, they look fine, but from head on (or behind), they look very strange. Strange enough that I returned them right away."
