Light and durable
Pros: Durable, Lightweight, grippy in the wet
"The Schwalbe tyre is my favourite; it is light, yet durable. It also feels very grippy, especially in the wet weather."

Decent Tyre
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Lightweight, Versatile
"Good tyre for the money. I bought this for the winter as there is a little more tread than my summer tyre. Very little rolling resistence - haven't even noticed the difference between these tyres and my summer slicks. Easy to get on too."

Good Tires at a good price!
Pros: Great Value
"The blizzards have been great, I have done about 300km in wet and dry conditions and they haven't missed a beat. No punctures even when riding on roads with stones, sticks and broken glass.
So far very happy, now need to see how long they last!"

Brilliant
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, Rugged, High Quality, Lightweight, Good Fit
"I was fed up with the cheapo tyres that came with my bike - removing them required a herculean amount of effort. As others have commented, getting the Blizzards on and off is really easy, and I didn't even need to use any tyre levers.
The blue colour really goes with my bike, too, and the whole thing looks really swish, too. Not sure how much of a difference they've made to the handling of the bike. I haven't ridden it much with the new tyres on so I can't comment on punctures, but touch wood (or Kevlar) they'll be ok."

Non foldable tyres
Pros: Great Value, Lightweight, Good Fit
"Good performance and very lightweight.
The website though, claims that these tyres are foldable.
They're not foldable and were delivered in a huge box.
Yet they are quite easy to get on and off the wheels due to the beading not being made from steel.

Tyres to be confident with
"Had these for at least a year - probably did about 3,000 miles without a single puncture over all kinds of road conditions."

Great Value
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Attractive, High Quality, Good Fit
"These are an amazinging value tyre ... and add to the mix they look good as well with the choice of colours. For the equiv of approx 35NZD you get a tyre which lasts well with regular day-2-day training and good puncture resistance.
OUr roads are rough with coarse chip and as with everyone lots of glass around town. After approx 3000km, not a single puncture yet inadvertantly riding through some good piles of glass ... and they still only little wear.
They drip well in the wet, roll very nicely and everything you could want in a tyre and at a price point which makes it an easy decision to purchase.
Im light at less than 70kg's, but have no trouble recommending these as the perfect training tyre ... and choose the colour that matches your frame."

Poor puncture protection
"Replaced my old tires with these having read lots of positive reviews, setting myself up for a winter of base miles and punctured on my first sunday ride out. No one else punctured, found small offending rock and most unimpressed, will be replacing them straight away."

Durable
Pros: Durable, Great Value
"Up to a few thousand km's on these so far. A couple of flats due to extreme glass and a close encounter with a piece of metal from under the back tyre of a truck caused a sidewall split, but under normal riding these tyres have delivered."

Durable All Weather Tyre
Pros: Durable, Attractive, High Quality, Lightweight
"I chose these tyres because of the Schwalbe brand. A few years ago I had a bike with a pair of Blizzard tyres and they performed well. So this largely influenced my choice. Compared with the old tyres the design of the new ones has been improved considerably using a dual compound tread which offers tremendous grip.
I used them in a 100 mile sportive 2 weeks ago and they gave me great control on some steep descents. Still to test them out in the wet but feel confident they are up to the task."

Good but not great
"These seem to roll well and grip well in all weather. Unfortunately they seem to flat easy and really slice up easily. Perhaps it has just been bad luck but I have run many tires and they do not rank up with my best."

Schwalbe Blizzard
Pros: easy to fit, great handling
"My first good impression was when fitting the tyres and finding that I could actually get them on without a tyre lever!
These tyres have now spent a week in the Pyrenees and the handling has been excellent in all conditions. They were that good that I actually recorded a top speed of 53mph without realising it!

Training tyre
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Good Fit
"Good tyre for training, wouldn't use them for racing as they don't feel "fast". Wearing well on the road, no punctures yet in 300K."

A functional balance of durability and performance
Pros: Durable, Good Fit, Versatile
"Good, solid and reasonably fast rolling. These aren't the lightest folders around at approximately 250g each, but the integral (weight boosting) puncture protection does appear to work, as I haven't had any problems in a good few hundred miles. They're generous enough to fit my stubbornly tight Campagnolo Scirocco rims and although not particularly pretty, they seat well and look fine when fitted."

So far, so good
Pros: Durable, Great Value
"I bought these tyres because I had had a couple of punctures on successive rides, so thought a change would be good (more out of superstition than because my old tyres were definitely worn). So far I have only done one big ride on these tyres - 67 miles of the Cheshire Cat. It seemed like half the field picked up a puncture, but not me - so they have done their job so far. They feel fairly puncture resistant and were reasonably easy to get on, unlike some tyres I have used."
