"I spend all day in front of a computer monitor and used to get headaches. since wearing this wristband I haven't had any, which in turn has made me feel happier and I have a much improved temprement.
This could be down to the wristband, I can't be certain but I've made no other lifestyle changes still drinking the same coffee, still on the same food intake, still doing the same amount of excercise etc.
It's comfortable even when wet I haven't taken it off yet, maybe that will be the test to see if the headaches come back, but to be honest I don't want to take it off.
I have a 17cm wrist and got the medium, perfect."

"Pleased with this bracelet... stylish, good fit, quick drying as you don't need to take it off when showering or swimming... Overall if you're looking for a good magnetic bracelet to wear during swimming, running and cycling then this is definitly worth buying. Its comfortable and doesn't catch on clothing. Can't really say that its improved my aches & pains from injury, but everyone is different... it doesn't hurt to try!"

Placebo effect?? Not sure!!

"I read quite a bit about magnets and how they can affect people in a positive manner, so I thought I'd give them a try. Trion:Z seem to be the most popular out there so I decided to opt for this.
Not sure whether there is a placebo effect with this product but I've definitely noticed that I have more energy. I lead what I would say is a fairly busy life, working on average 70-80 hours a week and somehow needing to fit in family life as well as training into the week as well!!
As mentioned before not sure if the added energy since the beginning of the year is purely the result of a placebo effect or whether the Trion:Z magnet really does work, but something has given me more energy from the beginning of the year!!
Well worth a try!!"

"Bought this for a sore wrist as I'd used magnets on my knees before. After wearing it for 3 weeks the wrist feels normal again and is working fine. Not sure if it's all down to the bracelet but it didn't harm it anyway!
Have given it 4 stars only because the fabric covering is already starting to ball up."

Best wrist magnet ever

Cons: needs to be washed on regular basis and smells, twists after taking on & off
"This wrist band is very comfortable to wear all the time. After wearing the band for 2 weeks I noticed an improvement to my aching knees and felt my energy levels had increased. A longer term is needed to rule out the placebo effect"

worth a try

"Not to sure about these until a quick google search revealed how the magnetism benifits health and well being. Quite convinced so thought I would order one. Since wearing it I am sleeping better most of the time and a shoulder injury has got better. Other than that don't really notice it."

"I can't say that I did believe in the claims the product made, but I thought to take a punt on it.
I can't say that I noticed any difference in regards to how I felt wearing this product. Sleep patterns were better though it seems to me.
Still, it is a high quality product, looks good, and was delivered on time by Wiggle."

No idea how it works but it does!

"I've no idea how this works but it does, I feel more positive and upbeat since wearing it! I am a major doubting thomas on gimmicks like this but I have to say I'm very surprised. I MTB and this has given me a bit more 'balance' to take the more technical stuff! As for pain relief I dont suffer from and but I sit infront of a pc for 8 hours a day so I think this may help too :-)"

"Ironic, a small piece of magnet can make a small difference, even is that difference is tiny, I do feel a lot more balanced and don't seem to feel that long ride fatigue so early in my 3 hour rides.
Plus I do believe the urban environment of London has something to do with throwing our natural abilities off, so if this tiny magnet can help in a little way, why not...
I could be a little cheaper though"
