It might look like St Trinians but.....

"I brought these socks to help with my step up in running distances and to help with occasional pains in my calves. I must after wearing the socks for nearly 4 hours of road running i was impressed. Not only did my calves feel better (When i started feeling my legs) but the blister protection was amazing."

"Comfy to wear and felt no different when working out to normal socks. To be honest they also helped with keeping my legs warm on the bike.
I shall be wearing them on a plane as well as I suffer from swollen feet and calves when I fly to San Francisco in few weeks."

Nike Knee High Compression Socks
Pros: Durable, Great Value, Comfortable, Good Fit
"I have two pairs of these socks. I think they are really good. It is difficult to say whether they help recovery or prevent injury but since changing my running shoes and wearing these socks, the problem with my achilles has lessened. I find I can run longer distances without being in too much discomfort. I also have a pair of 'skins' compression socks (which cost £33). I don't think these are as effective as the Nikes. They are not as tight and don't have the necessary ankle support."

"Although I have quite large calves, these sock do not stay up while running, and end up around my ankles every time. By contrast, the 1000 mile socks that my wife uses are fine. Wouldn't recommend them, and won't buy them again."
