Good general advice
Cons: Expensive
"Contains some excellent information and advice on positioning but is a bit pricey (although wiggle's price is better than others).
Presentation isn't that great and production only average. Aimed at giving you more general advice and things to consider overall rather than anything too specific. Steve Hogg is obviously a very knowledgeable guy but some discussion is only very brief and after watching you wish he had gone in depth into a few more areas."

Great insight from THE bike fitting expert
Pros: High Quality, very informative and challenging
Cons: Expensive
"Great content to this DVD. Steve Hogg is a bike fitter who thinks about the subject and applies logic and experience to problems instead of rules of thumb and formulae that other fitters seem to blindly follow. This DVD is a good intro to the various issues that need to be considered.
The presentation is a little cheesey and the camera-work isn't the best (sometimes zoomed in too close or pointing somewhere else when Steve's trying to demonstrate something out of shot) but that doesn't really detract too much."

Oh such happiness!
Pros: informative
Cons: wooden dialogue
"For about a year now I have been cycling round, suffering the odd pain here and there - sometimes a back ache, sometimes the arms, or legs, knees, feet..hands...you name it I have felt some discomfort! I am not talking - disabling pain, but enough to tire me and cut my rides short on occassion! So I saw this video and thought - its worth a try! MY GOD! I watched it three times before I went near my bike, ok so sometimes Steve can be a little wooden, but what he says is spot on! After watching it I set to my bike with a 5mm allen key...lowered the saddle, adjusted its level and fore/aft position, adjusted my cleats, changed the handlebar height and angle. Sat on the bike....and it was like sitting in a comfy arm chair. I was relaxed. I could comfortably reach the drops. I felt in control. I was quicker (shaving upto 3 minutes of my commute time) and more importantly the pains that dogged me seemed to have gone! I consider myself a pretty good cyclist - but this video makes a huge difference! What ever you think about saddle height - think again! I was about 3 inches too high! This will not tell you how to set up your bike - but it will tell you what you need to consider, and thats a HUGE help."

it is just tell you the basic things. not very helpful. you need a friend while adjusting your bike.
