"Not a bad flavour and much cheaper than a lot of the other recovery products. Also in these sachets it's much easier to make up than when in a tub."

Cons: could do with some new flavours
"With the need to do more turbo sessions and the resultant fluid loss, I have found these to be ideal. 1 sachet after a 3 hour turbo session seems to set me up for the next day's session without the feeling of "jetlag" that I used to get"
