dont forget the electrolytes!!
Pros: Great Value, High Quality
"Doing the hard yards on the turbo? Riding a long hot summer sportive in fact if you are doing anything that is going to mean you are perspiring profusely and you are being active whilst doing so, you may well need some electrolyte support to stop you from cramping and to keep the electrical pulses from the brain getting to the muscles. Easily dis-solvable effervescent tablets that deliver a very palatable blend of essential electrolytes to working muscles AND there are no calories."

Excellent stuff!
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, convenient, excellent taste
"Having (like more than a few others) been introduced to Zero by the free samples in a mag a few months back, I got some more samples with some bottles, and now I've bought a tube of 20- I doubt it'll be my last! It's perfect for much of the riding I do. For long rides, I tend to go for a DIY solution (orange juice/water mix in a bladder), for shorter distances nothing at all or just water. For 30 or 40 miles after a carb-loaded Sunday lunch, however, Zero has proved perfect. Dead simple to use, the tablet's convenient, and all three flavours taste nice. These aren't isotonic, so for long runs you'd want carbs as well (gels/bars, or add Zero to another product), but they'll certainly help prevent dehydration. I've had no problems with these at all, and the tube means it'll be handy should I need to top up fluids on a long run out."

practical drink
Pros: Great Value, High Quality
"A good product, which seems to work. It is easy and quick to make and is ideal for shorter less strenous rides where you don't need something more enrgy giving."

Crumple las expectativas
Pros: buen precio, Alta calidad
"Solo lo he probado un día por ahora. Compré el de pomelo y está rico y no se si sería el efecto placebo o no pero lo noté corriendo unos 9km con bastante calor y humedad, en comparación con días anteriores que solo llevaba agua."

Odd taste
Cons: taste
"Not sure if this works or not, it has a bit of an odd taste a bit fizzy and powdery, I will try some other makes."

Great stuff
"Ok taste and stops cramping with plenty of electrolytes, good for losing weight too as there aren't many calories. I found if i mixed it to double strength it did have a laxative effect, therefore only 4 stars."

Useful Alternative...
"These make a slightly fizzy drink that is easy to get down. I prefer the berry flavour out of the ones I have tried. Zero Cal means no sugar or other energy providing substances so use to keep hydrated only or perhaps as part of a fat burning strategy."

Works for me
Pros: Great Value
"Have been using these since recommended last year, got me up Mont Vonteux without the dreaded cramps. I was told they make you thirsty so you tend to drink more and it's the extra fluid I think that helps. Pink grapefruit flavour is my favourite"

Great tasting hydrating drink
Pros: High Quality
Cons: Expensive
"I'm a novice cyclist and having recently joined a club am amazed at how much kit one requires for the long Sunday rides we do in the hilly Chilterns - but taking enough fluid on board for a water hater like me was hard - until I found these tablets. I put two of the pink grapefruit tabs in each water bottle and it tastes really good, no artificial sweetener after-taste and replaces electrolytes so is superior to plain water.
I am now a wiggle addict!

A conveient portable solution
Pros: Versatile, easy to carry extras with you
Cons: Expensive
"I decided to start using water with electrolytes instead of sugary sport drinks for my hydration as I wanted to control the amount of sugar I was taking. I prefer to take energy in the form of bars or natural dried fruit and bananas.
I tried the natural and citrus flavours. The citrus flavour is very subtle and the natural flavour seems to have a slight tartness to it (almost like the citrus). Neither had any salty taste, which I was expecting especially for the natural flavour, which was a nice surprise. Of the two I think I'll just continue with the natural flavour in the future.
It's difficult to gauge how good the product is as you cannot really quantify the effect of the electrolytes but it seems to work. I suffered no cramps or other dehydration symptoms.
My only comment would be that I think they are a little expensive. I ride MTB 3 times a week (30-40Km per ride) and now that temperatures are getting into the high 20s I'm starting to go through the tablets quite rapidly."

LoCal Hydration
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, convenient
Cons: size
"I use the citrus tabs and find they hydrate well and are very convenient to use. I keep tubes at home, one in my riding bag and another at work, knowing I don't need to measure anything. Only negative is that each tablet is for 500ml instead of a standard 750ml drink bottle. On the plus side, it made it easy to measure when I filled my 2lt bladder!"

Easy to use and taste great
Pros: Great Value, Versatile
"These tablets are very easy to use, just drop them into a 500 or 750ml bottle and let them dissolve. They taste ok, not delicious just ok. Being tablets they are easier to pack and take up less space than bulky sachets.
I use them for longer bike rides and before a long training run and they seem easy on my stomach.

Electrolytes
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, Versatile
"If all you want is Electrolytes added to water with a bit of flavour then this is for you. On my medium rides I find the addition of Electrolytes helps recovery but I don't want sugar as there is enough fat to burn. Short rides after a series of longer rides also benefit."

great product
Pros: Great Value, High Quality, nice taste
"im a heavy sweater when i train and race and went for these over nuun as you get more for your money and was very pleased with the taste(cherry/orange) aswell as the effectiveness in reducing fatigue and muscle cramps when out running(12-15 miles) and cycling (2-3 hours). just as abit of a recommendation i use 1 and a half tabs per 750 ml water bottle as i feel they worked and tasted better than using just 1 per bottle but thats just a personal thing as im a heavy sweater"
